The Art of Living: A Design Journey from Fukuoka to TOTO
#福冈之旅
Day 1: Fukuoka’s Culture and Nature
In the morning, we arrived at Fukuoka’s famous Ohori Park, bathing in the tranquil lake light under the early sun, and the swaying shadows of the trees along the trail were refreshing. Then we went to the Fukuoka City Museum, where the gold seals and historical relics of Fukuoka on display were amazing, allowing us to deeply feel the cultural heritage of the city. Take a stroll through the Tenjin shopping district in the afternoon, taste the local ramen and desserts, and feel the fashion and fireworks of this bustling area. In the evening, climb up the Fukuoka Tower and overlook the brilliant lights of the entire city, ending a day full of urban charm.
Day 2: Design inspiration from TOTO Museum
Early in the morning of the next day, we took a bus to TOTO Museum in Kitakyushu. This was a journey to rediscover the design of life. The museum displays the evolution of bathroom technology and the design concept of the TOTO brand, allowing you to feel the fusion of daily life and art from every detail. In the afternoon, we returned to Fukuoka and headed to Canal City Hakata. This commercial complex that combines shopping, food and entertainment is a must-see. Walk along the Nakasu River at night and taste authentic Fukuoka street food. The lights and water are the most charming night view of the city. The two-day trip not only has cultural depth, but also design inspiration and the art of living flowing everywhere in Fukuoka.
