Tottori - Hokuei Town Conan Holy Land Pilgrimage Trip 👓
I went to Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture, the holy land of Detective Conan! ✨
① Tottori Sand Dunes Conan Airport
Conan characters are scattered all over the airport, and the moment you get off the plane, you're in Conan world! !
There are plenty of Conan-related spots to enjoy and photogenic places in the airport! ⭐️
② Hakuto Shrine
This is the shrine of the Inaba White Rabbit myth! There are also charms modeled after the white rabbit, and the goshuin stamps are cute! It's a roadside station so you can take a break, and the sea is right in front of you 🏖️
③ Aoyama Gosho Hometown Museum
This is a place where many works by Aoyama Gosho, a manga artist from Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture, are on display! In addition to Conan, you can enjoy various things such as YAIBA and short stories before the serialization! There are also lots of Conan souvenirs, so if you're a fan, you'll definitely enjoy it ✨
④ Boukoro
This is an inn with an open-air bath on the lake that also appeared in the main story of Detective Conan!
The food is delicious, the hospitality is great, and the baths are great! 🤍
⑤ Watermelon and Nagaimo Healthy Marathon
This time, I participated in the marathon to get the T-shirt that you get when you participate, but there were people of all ages at the venue! Some people even participated in cosplay as anime characters! ? After completing the marathon, you can eat Daiei watermelon and Nagaimo soup 🍉 It was great after working up a good sweat ✌️
⑥ Daiei Elementary School
This is Gosho Aoyama's alma mater! There's a statue of Conan in front of the school building! lol
This time, it was a weekend, so I was able to visit, but I think there are students there on weekdays, so please check.
⑦ Tottori Sand Dunes
Speaking of Tottori! This time, I mainly visited Hokuei Town, but I wanted to go to the sand dunes, so I visited them!
I've been to Nakatajima Sand Dunes in Shizuoka Prefecture, but Tottori's sand dunes were also incredibly large... lol
I didn't ride a camel this time, but it seems you can also ride a camel! I'd like to try it next time 😎
There was a cafe nearby where you could buy souvenirs and eat, so it was a comfortable stay!
At the end, I stopped in to eat beef bone ramen, which I'd heard was famous 🍜
I thought Tottori only had sand dunes (sorry 🥲), but it turned out to be a fulfilling 2 nights and 3 days trip!
