🇭🇰Science Park Quiet Garden Sushi Restaurant 🍣
On weekends, I came to Ma Us Waterfront for a stroll, cycling, and then went to Science Park to find a restaurant for lunch. This time I chose Towada Sushi in a quiet environment. I went to the Tsim Sha Tsui branch before, but I didn't expect that there is one in Science Park!
Check in around 12 noon without waiting, but at 12:30 it is almost full.
I am very lucky to be arranged to sit in a single-sided corner this time. There is a large 90-degree floor-to-ceiling glass that allows you to enjoy the garden view of Science Park.
A group of two ordered the super special sushi platter, plus crab sticks and cooked shrimp sushi. The platter itself comes with miso soup and steamed eggs, the soup is not too thick or too salty, with a fresh and sweet taste, the steamed eggs are smooth and tender, containing mushrooms, seafood, fish plates or mountain scallions, a small bowl has a rich freshness.
The super special sushi platter is very rich, with tuna, seaweed, eel, salmon caviar, tuna puree, raw crab legs, raw shrimp, sweet shrimp sushi first, served with a large shrimp head. There were three different parts of tuna sushi with different fat ratios and distributions, all three were tender and very delicious. The seaweed on the seaweed sushi is plentiful, fresh and sweet with a creamy mouthfeel, and rich seawater flavor! The eel on the eel sushi is longer than the palm of your hand, the meat is delicate and tender, the sauce is grilled and flavourful, delicious but not salty, salty with a little sweetness, a must-try for friends who love to eat eel!
The other single order of crab sticks and grilled cheese cooked shrimp sushi was not lost, as well as the ingredients and meat were very fresh!
I have to mention that this time you can enjoy the rice of sushi in addition to the fish meat! The rice is light brown in color because the sushi chef has used vinegar as a proper seasoning, and the stickiness and flavor are moderate and do not mask the taste of the fish.
Looking at the garden, eating high-quality sushi, we spent a leisurely Sunday.
