🇪🇸Splendid Seville🇪🇸 When I was in Seville in Spain, many places were walkable and easy to reach to. I walked over the Puente de San Telmo bridge to district of Triana. Then walked on the busy Betis Street along the river, here there are restaurants and bars overlooking the Guadalquivir River as well as the Muelle Camaronero. Views from here are particularly pretty with both town and ricer views, you can even see the tower, some Ships and other bridges. Great for photo taking or relaxing with food and drinks at one of the restaurants. I particularly loved the colorful building lined up here on Betis Road and little roads that lead to more alleyways in between Triana. Seville, the biggest city in Andalusia, is a city that leaves its mark, and many people define it as special. It might be because of the grandeur of its monuments. Or perhaps the charm of areas such as Triana. It may possibly be the scent of jasmine in its squares or the Spanish guitar music of its streets. Some say that it’s the tradition of its festivals, and many are convinced its tapas are the real reason. In Seville, tradition is always in fashion. From flamenco shows and Spanish guitar music to typical ceramics and crafts, which are always a good souvenir of the city. There are plenty of shops and workshops in Triana. Have you ever heard of Seville? 🇪🇸 It is the capital of Andalusia, Spain, and the fourth largest city in Spain! It can also be written as Seville or Sebirya. Have you heard of the barber of Seville? Seville is still unknown to Japanese people, but it is sure to become very popular from here! ! Tourism has suddenly become more popular since I heard that it was ranked number one in the 2022 European city rankings. ✨I'll be honest, this is the city where I lived. In Asia, it is very popular with Chinese and Koreans, and it is becoming a city that is easy for Asians to visit. Seville is the home of flamenco. There are many small shops where you can see flamenco shows. But there are many other attractions in this city that you should know about! There are many world-class spots 🎵 The size of the city, which you can walk around, is also perfect for sightseeing 🚶 ①Plaza Espana (Spain Square) 🏰🐴 It is a beautiful circular square decorated with decorations. It has been used for filming Star Wars, music festivals, and functions as a place for all kinds of art. Seville has many buildings that combine Islamic and European architecture. The combination of beautifully patterned tiles on a European-style building is a symbol of this. The tiles on the walls are said to depict important historical events of each state. In fact, it was built for the 1992 World Expo, so it is not a historic building. But you will be missing out if you don't see this beauty. The reason to go now is the price. It's free now, but there is talk of charging an admission fee soon due to the increase in tourists! Now is your chance! ② Setas (Metropol Parasol) 🍄🟫🌅 The largest wooden building in the world. Locals call it setas, which means mushrooms. The sunset you see from the top is more beautiful than you would expect, and it's worth going even for 15€. I recommend making an online reservation in advance, but it's always very crowded these days. I heard that you can go up multiple times a day with one ticket, but I think it depends on the mood of the attendant. Be careful. In fact, you can go up for free at the hotel opposite and see a similar sunset view. ③Cathedral & Giralda Tower⛪️🕌 The cathedral is the third largest in the world, and part of the foundation that was used as a Muslim mosque remains, making it a cathedral with a sense of history. Don't forget to climb the Giralda Tower. It's a great spot to get a panoramic view of the city of Seville. You just have to climb the slope all the way to the top of the tower. Historically, it was made into a slope instead of stairs so that horses could climb it. Even if reservations are sold out online, you can often get in if you line up. It also includes a ticket to the Treasury, which is about a 15-minute walk from the cathedral. If you have time left, go and see it. ④Old Town - Santa Cruz District🏘️💃 Seville's old town is the second largest in Europe. The narrow streets lined with old-fashioned houses and small shops make it feel like you're in a storybook. There are many restaurants, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat. This area is also home to many flamenco shows at night. ⑤ Triana Bridge and Triana District🌉🏞️ Seville also has nature. If you go west of the city, you will come across the Guadalquivir River and cross a beautifully decorated bridge to enter the Triana district. This area, where many artists were born, is beautiful with its historical buildings and a laid-back atmosphere. It's wonderful to spend an afternoon sunbathing by the river. There are still many more places I would like to introduce, but I'll stop here! And finally, if you want to go, now is the time to go! Semana Santa (Holy Week) in March and the spring festival of the Feria, one of Spain's three major festivals, are the tourist high seasons and the city is overflowing with people in April. In the summer, it is so hot that even locals run away from the city. Before it gets crowded, before you get found, before everything has to be charged an entrance fee! This is a quieter side of Serville with more residentials and smaller churches. Located across the Guadalquivir River, it has long been a district of artisans, sailors, and gypsies, shaping its unique identity. It’s nice to take a walk around the neighborhood, look at flea markets or just sit at one of the local cafe during a slow weekend. It would also be great to take a boat tour along the river !

#traveldiaries While I was in Spain Seville I had some extra time and decided to visit the triana neighborhood. This place is so different from the cathedral main area as it feels a bit less touristy here and a lot more locals. The restaurants have a really nice local vibes too and I like the building structures here as they are quite pretty and colorful too. Lots of food shops here and also souvenir shops if you are coming by. Do check out the buildings and take more pictures as the photos do turn out well

🇪🇸Splendid Seville🇪🇸 Walking on a busy and happening street in Triana. This street is Full of people, restaurants, cafes and colorful buildings. A must try place is ice cream from Los Valencianos , this place is so famous for their palmer pastries and ice cream, it was delicious!! 🇪🇸Splendid Seville🇪🇸 At the Triana district on the Puente de Isabell II and visiting the Museo Del Castillo De San Jorge and the Mercado de Triana. In the trianera Plaza del Altozano is the “Monument to Flamenco Art” The work was made by the Sevillian sculptor Jesús Gavira in 1993. It is an allegorical sculpture that represents a flamenco woman holding a guitar in one hand and resting one foot on an anvil, representing the three aspects of the flamenco world, dancing, singing and guitar playing.
