Com confirm our bookings within 5mins while we were still walking on street of hkg. Immediately we packed outlr luggage and headed over. The smfront desk was quick to whip out our bookings and did the check in for us without any hassle. They even have Xmas giveaways and cookies for the guests. Such a ncie surprise. Room is decent size, clean and neat. Such a relief to be able to sleep comfortably in a better hotel. The sky roof dining is definitely another plus point to choose this hotel. Location is not too noisy and easy access to food and MTR. Check out was also a breeze with no issues. Lift access and lift are very fast to get to your level.
