At Tsukahara Highlands in Yufu City, Oita Prefecture, you can enjoy cycling and fully enjoy nature 🚲 I recommend this to people who get tired of the many people in Yufuin! The bicycles that the Tsukahara Highlands Tourist Association lends out are available in both electric and tandem bicycles. There were not many people, so I was able to rent one without a reservation. There is a slope, but it's easy with an electric bike. The breeze feels good. During the cycle, we had lunch at Sanso Shiki-an. The well-maintained garden is lovely. The open-air bath is free for those who dine there, so we also enjoyed the hot springs ♨️! We were able to wash off the sweat at our leisure 😊 Finally, we had cake and coffee ☕️ at Kiba, a famous coffee shop in Tsukahara Highlands. This shop is so popular that some people come all the way from far away just to buy beans 🤩 It is run by the husband and wife, but they are very gentle and I was able to spend a relaxing time there.
