In addition to taking photos, Tsz Shan Monastery is also a good place to cleanse the body, mind and soul. After a half-day of phytoncides in the forest, I felt like I was fully recharged.

At Tsz Shan Monastery in Hong Kong! Please accept the guide to free ticket check-in!
Tsz Shan Monastery is really worth a visit. Mr. Li Ka-shing spent 2.6 billion and it took more than ten years to complete. Here you can pray, copy scriptures, supply water, eat vegetarian buns, and have afternoon tea. It is far away from the downtown area. It is a rare quiet place. Let yourself empty your mind. There is no charge for admission to the park. 🆓
1️⃣Offering to Buddha
The 76-meter-high pure white Guanyin statue, made of bronze alloy, is the second tallest giant pure white Guanyin statue in the world. Even if you don't enter the park to visit, you can still see it from a distance.
There is no incense in the whole garden, but the water is offered in wooden bowls instead of incense, which is quite ceremonial.
2️⃣ Copying scriptures
Opening hours: 10:00-12:30 13:30-16:30
It takes about 45 minutes to copy the sutras. After the copying, the staff will help you stamp the seal, which is different every month.
The free paper version of the copying booklet can be taken away and you can copy the sutras at home at any time.
3️⃣Vegetarian buns
🆓Distribution starts at 12:00
🍵Afternoon tea
Free tea/coffee and snacks will be provided after 13:30
Tiramisu is really delicious (the cake is different every day)

#Valentine's Day 2025
Want to spend a quiet and unique time with your significant other on Valentine's Day? Tsz Shan Monastery in Hong Kong is definitely your best choice! Although this temple hidden in the mountains is little known, it is a great place to seek spiritual comfort.
Due to the limited number of daily visiting places, it is recommended to make an appointment online one month in advance and provide your real name for participation. There are six visiting time slots to choose from every day to facilitate your schedule. From Tai Po Market Station, you can take a 20 series minibus or a 20T minibus directly to the destination. It should be noted that the 20T minibus only provides service during non-peak hours (Monday to Friday), so be sure to check the schedule information before departure to avoid delays. 🛕Tsz Shan Monastery first
**Must book before going, limited number of people entering per day**
We read that this temple was built by a Hong Kong billionaire for over 1 billion Hong Kong dollars. It is very magnificent and amazing. The air is fresh. It rained a little on the day we went, but it was still beautiful.⛰️ In front of the temple is a view of the sea. Behind is a mountain. There is a large statue of Guanyin. If anyone goes to Hong Kong, I recommend you to go see it. It is really beautiful.
🗓️Travel planning: We took the MTR and then took a public van up to the temple. It is convenient to travel.
💞Reason for recommendation: I want everyone to go see and pray.
💰Average price per person: Free to enter
🕰️bOpening hours: 09:30-17:00
🛕Temple 2 Wong Tai Sin Temple
This temple is easy to travel to. There are many Thai tourists because it is a famous temple. We intended to ask for a boyfriend here. 5555 On the day we went, we met Ajarn Chang who was giving advice on how to pray, so we went to pray together. But there were so many people that I was a bit nervous🥹All the specs on my list disappeared😂😂 This temple has a fortune stick shaking feature, and once you get it, you can scan it according to the number. It's really good. This temple has an MTR station right in front of it.
📍Address: Hong Kong 🇭🇰
🕰️Opening hours: 07:30-16:30
🏖️Environment/Facilities: When we went, it was raining a little and the sun was really hot.
💞Reason for recommendation: Easy to go and just worth it
