I recently had the opportunity to explore the underwater world in Langkawi and it was a cool experience. The water was clear and the coral reefs were truly beautiful. It was amazing to see so many different types of fish swimming around in their natural habitat and i had the opportunity to see the the team feeding the penguins . Conveniently these two attractions can be found under one roof. Tge Underwater World and Zon Duty Free is located on the main stretch of Pantai Cenai. This building is unmissable as it is one of the biggest complex on Pantai Cenang. For Underwater world, there are lots of ocean creatures such as sharks and turtles and all kind of other species to be discovered and served a good educational purpose and can be fun time especially for kids. For Zon Duty Free outlet, most people want to buy some chocolates, Alcohol or Fragrance as gifts and souvenirs for family and friends. It is definitely a lot cheaper as it is duty free. Even though I don’t actually buy a lot of stuff during holidays, some bargain of chocolates are indeed can not be missed. Check it out when you are in Langkawi.

As a lover of the underwater world, I really liked the aquarium! If you are wondering if it is worth going there, then I can say that yes, it is worth it (especially since tickets are quite cheap): you will find out what underwater creatures you can meet while snorkeling or diving near the island of Langkawi, you will see unusual and sometimes funny fish, meet a crab that is larger than a human, watch sharks and giant rays and you will also see beautiful penguins. From the moment you step inside, you can see the immense effort put into maintaining this place beautifully. It’s clean, well-organized, and truly a delight to explore. Of course, there’s an incredible variety of fish, but what sets this aquarium apart is the presence of penguins and seagulls! Beyond aquatic life, they also have some unique bird species, making the experience even more special. I absolutely loved the overall experience. To top it off, we even got a personalized picture frame as a souvenir (paid for it, but totally worth it!). You can easily spend more than an hour here. Plus it's located at the Cenang Beach so alot to do here. A must-visit for anyone who loves marine life!
