[2025 Otaru Stay] Travel Guide for Unwind Hotel & Bar Otaru (Updated Jun)

I stayed at UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Otaru. This hotel is famous for its all-you-can-drink wine service. [Check-in] The entrance had a high-class, stylish atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and there was free hot lemonade in the lobby, which was delicious. [Room] It wasn't super spacious, but it was big enough to open two suitcases (large) at the same time. There were also wine glasses in the room. The only disappointment was that the toilet and the bath (with a bathtub) were separate, but there was only one place to wash your hands. [All-you-can-drink wine] Time: 17:00-18:30 Types: 3 types of red and white wine (1 type from Otaru, 1 type from Hokkaido, 1 type from overseas) and soft drinks (apple juice, etc.) I asked for half the amount and drank 4 types of red and white wine (all from Hokkaido). They all had a nice aroma, and the snacks (charged) went down well. [Breakfast] It was a stylish breakfast served on an afternoon tea stand. The English scones and the smoothie with pumpkin and other ingredients were especially delicious. Both were free to refill, so I had a second helping. #AccommodationTravelRecord

Unwind Hotel & Bar Otaru is a boutique hotel renovated from a historic building, and combines a classic atmosphere with modern comfort. From the entrance, you can feel the unique design and atmosphere. At the front desk, there is hot lemonade for a limited time, which warmed up my cold body. The rooms have high ceilings. There are plenty of amenities such as refrigerators and wine glasses, and you can feel the attention to detail such as organic amenities and cotton pajamas. From 17:00 to 18:30, you can enjoy free wine at the bar, and this time Niagara wine, Otaru wine, and Chilean wine were prepared. The atmosphere was very good and the bartender was very friendly, so I had a great time. The breakfast menu is also characterized by its high quality, with a menu that makes use of local ingredients! Everything was really delicious, but the croque monsieur and scones were especially delicious! You could have as many scones as you wanted. The coffee and tea were also of good quality and very delicious. (I used Trip.com points to get here :) I'm really satisfied, highly recommended......... When you check in, they provide pajamas in SML size The hotel itself is very clean, romantic, and lovely! A hotel you must visit when you go to Otaru,, The biggest advantage of this hotel is that breakfast is provided as afternoon tea, and from 5:00 to 6:30 in the evening, they provide free Hokkaido wine at the hotel bar! I tried Otaru wine here and fell in love with it, so I went to buy it right away after being introduced to a place that sells it :) The best, the best...!!!!! It takes about 10 minutes on foot from Otaru Station, but it takes about 15 minutes because it's snowy.. It's great if you buy ramen on the way back! 🍯🍯🍯
