The Peace Pagoda in Nay Pyi Taw is located in the urban area of Nay Pyi Taw, with a height of nearly 100 meters. It is built according to the same proportion of the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. The pagoda enshrines the Buddha tooth relic from China. Visitors can see some exquisite statues when entering the tower, and there is an elephant park nearby, which can be visited. Because it is imitation, the history is not very long, it was built in 2009.
