Los Angeles Independence Day Celebration
During the U.S. Independence Day on July 4, 2025, Los Angeles will host a series of celebratory events. Santa Monica Parade: The July 4th parade in Santa Monica returns to its classic route with the theme "Celebrating the Arts," marking the city's 150th anniversary. The parade runs from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM on July 4, starting at Pico Street and Main Street and ending at Barnard Way.
Fireworks Displays: Multiple locations across Los Angeles will host fireworks shows, including Marina del Rey, the Hollywood Bowl, Disneyland, Dodger Stadium, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Universal Studios Hollywood, and Long Beach waterfront.
VR Experience: "Titanic: A Journey Through Time" will be available on the 8th floor of the Beverly Center, offering participants a close-up look at the Titanic's history through virtual reality technology.
Six Flags Magic Mountain Celebration: Six Flags Magic Mountain presents "Stars & Stripes Night," featuring thrilling rides and fireworks displays on July 4-5.
Universal Studios Hollywood Celebration: Universal Studios Hollywood will host performances by fife and drum bands, festive decorations, fireworks, and meet-and-greets with cartoon characters on July 4.
Culver City Downtown Independence Celebration: Culver City Downtown hosts an '80s-themed Independence Day celebration with live music, flag tributes, national anthem performances, and a drone light show from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM on July 5.
Rose Bowl Celebration: The Rose Bowl will feature a drone light show and the FoodieLand food festival on July 4.
