This villa or house used to be a monastery, about 200 years old, changed owners many times until finally it became a national property because the last owner died and had no heirs. I wonder if it is not that old, but the entrance fee is almost 1,000 baht. Is it an important historical site? It is about the same, but the location is beautiful. Movies like Star Wars or 007 have been filmed here. Nowadays, it organizes wedding events, very luxurious, and charges a card to enter. If you ask if anyone who visits Lake Como must come here, when I first passed by, I thought it was beautiful. I thought it was a resort. If my friend did not tell me that it was used for filming, when I came back again, I tricked the tourists to walk 2 kilometers up the hill. Luckily, he did not scold me out loud. If you are smart, you can take a taxi and the boat will park at the entrance. The price is about the same. It is beautiful. The view of the lake itself is beautiful. No matter where you go, it is beautiful. The villa itself is just another angle. If anyone says it is expensive, you do not have to come. It is a bit tiring.
