The hotel is located in a mixed commercial/residential area, with a variety of restaurants and convenience stores across the street, low-key yet lively but the rooms are not scenic. It is convenient to take the Shibashi Line or Midosuji Line to Umeda, Osaka Port, Shinsaibashi, and Shin-Osaka. Welcome gift is a lollipop. Comfortable bed, bubbly bath, pajamas. The housekeeping is clean and the staff is young. There is a water machine at the corner of each floor, bottled water is given a bottle at check-in, the rest are self-service. There is gym however small, no pool, anyway mostly outside without any need. Breakfast was a semi buffet with a choice of main courses, not too surprising.

You check in after verifying your identity with your passport. When you check in, they ask you to choose the amenities you need and take them with you. It was a room with a high price range, but for a place I found in Osaka, the room was quite spacious!!!! It's clean and the room condition is good. It consists of 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, so I think it would be a good place to stay for 3 women traveling together. However, even though it's the same single twin, the bed was smaller than the Okayama or Yonago Crown Plaza. Amenities are only provided (shampoo/conditioner/body + toothbrush/toothpaste), so if you need anything extra, you have to ask at the desk when checking in, so choose carefully when checking in! I recently visited Osaka and stayed at the newly opened VOCO Osaka by IHG Group. The hotel had just opened a few days before my stay, so everything was brand new. If you enjoy staying in new hotels, you will be very satisfied with this one. I chose this hotel mainly because it opened this year, has a beautiful exterior design, and is conveniently located for my trip to Kyoto. The hotel lobby, café, bar, and restaurant are all on the same floor. When I first entered, I thought I had walked into the wrong place because it didn't look like a traditional hotel lobby. The design is very stylish with a touch of retro, making it both modern and aesthetically pleasing. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a kettle, coffee machine, iron, humidifier, and even pajamas 😂. The bathroom was also quite nice, and there was an ice machine in the hallway (although I only drink hot water, I found this to be a thoughtful touch 🤣). Of course, there were some minor drawbacks, such as the duvet being a bit thick, the shower water not being particularly hot (it was raining that day, and I wanted a hot shower to warm up), and the toothbrush being quite average. Getting to the hotel from the airport required one transfer and a 10-minute walk at the transfer station, but it was only a few minutes' walk from the final station to the hotel, so it wasn't too inconvenient. There are many restaurants near the hotel, but Osaka's restaurants tend to get fully booked easily. Without a reservation, it's hard to get a table, but we eventually found a great place to eat. The owner didn't speak a word of English, and we didn't understand Japanese, so we ordered blindly, but everything turned out to be delicious!
