This time, I chose to stay at the W Hotel for my trip to Changsha, which was my first time staying at their hotel. When I was booking the room, the hotel's customer service was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. They found out that I was in Changsha to celebrate a birthday with my friend, and they didn't inform me in advance. I was completely unaware. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening and entered the room after checking in, I was truly amazed and it was a huge surprise for both my friend and me. I didn't expect the hotel staff to go to such lengths to decorate the room and prepare a birthday cake. It was really heartwarming. Now let me talk about the room experience. Firstly, the room is very spacious, and the lighting is trendy and beautiful, just like a nightclub style, which I particularly like.
