If you want to visit here, taking the bus is the best way. The altitude of Lanzhou City is between 1500 and 1700 meters, with a drop of 200 meters. The height difference to the top is over 100 meters. The route starts at Zhongshan Bridge, then turn right after crossing the bridge (do not ascend the mountain) and proceed for 300 meters to the vicinity of Baitashan Tunnel - take a taxi to Lanzhou Stele Forest (the highest point on the mountain, a taxi usually costs around ten yuan, while the cable car seems to be 50 yuan, so taxi is much cheaper) - check in at Stele Forest, then just follow the road down the mountain, there are signs along the way - Baita Temple - finally, follow the steps down the mountain, and you'll arrive back at Zhongshan Bridge! Baita Mountain Park Baita Mountain Park is located in the northern part of Chengguan District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, and is named after the White Pagoda Temple on the top of the mountain.
