#AccommodationTravelRecordThe hospitality of the staff at this hostel is amazing. Just talking to the staff is soothing. It's located just a short walk from Kota Station. Coffee and tea are available for free at any time. They also accommodate late check-ins, so it's no problem if you arrive late at Jakarta Airport. There are lots of food stalls nearby, so we got takeout and bought beer🍺 at the hostel and ate it together. There are quite a few Japanese people staying there too.

I had a great stay at Wonderloft Hostel Kota Tua this past August. One thing I noticed immediately was that the hostel attracts many Western guests, which made for a lively and diverse atmosphere. The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The location is fantastic, as it's close to tourist attractions, especially the iconic Kota Tua area, which is full of historical charm. What I truly appreciated was how accommodating the hostel was—they allowed me to check in early and even arranged for me to have a lower bunk bed because my hand was in pain, making it difficult for me to use the ladder. This is a popular hostel in the Kota area in the north of Jakarta. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean. It's perfect with air conditioning and hot showers. The shared floor on the first floor is also equipped with a clean kitchen, refrigerator, free coffee, a billiards table, sofas, and other facilities for relaxing.
