[2025 Pan'an Attraction] Travel Guide for Wulongxia Scenic Area (Updated May)

Getting There - I would say you need to take your own car or get a driver to take you. The owner of the guesthouse I stayed at drove me around for the day. Attractions - I liked Wulongxia Scenic area, there are lots to see and a few activities to do as well. I was impressed with the area I did not expect as much! There is a glass bridge, nice walking path, beautiful waterfalls, a high zipline that you scream your lungs out but you feel 'free' flying through the air and taking in the view from the too, a boat trip on the river to sit back and enjoy peacefulness and scenery. Hotels - There are quite a few hotels and guesthouses around. I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway from.the hustle and bustle of the city. There's surprisingly a lot to see for such a small place. Food & Restaurants - There are small stands where you can grab something to eat or drink on the way. Shopping - You are here for the scenert not shopping.

I had long heard of the beautiful scenery of Wulong Gorge, and during the holidays, I went to this long-awaited mountain and water appointment. When I entered the scenic area, I was first greeted by lush mountains and forests, and the air was filled with the fragrance of grass and trees. I took a deep breath and felt refreshed, as if the hustle and bustle of the city had been washed away in an instant. Walking along the winding path, I heard the sound of gurgling streams. Following the sound, a clear stream came into view. The stream flowed along the mountain, and the stones and gravel at the bottom of the stream were clearly visible. The sunlight shone down, and the water sparkled. I scooped up a handful of stream water, and the coolness penetrated my heart. When I reached the core attraction, the "Dragon Waterfall," I was instantly shocked and couldn't take my eyes off it. The waterfall poured down from a high place with great momentum, like a silver dragon descending from the sky, falling into a deep pool and splashing layers of water. Under the refraction of sunlight, rainbows appeared, dreamy and illusory. The surrounding water vapor was misty, and when I got closer, fine water droplets hit my face, bringing a trace of coolness. Continuing to stroll, the glass plank road was a different kind of challenge. Stepping on the plank road, I was hundreds of meters high in the air. At first, I was scared, but looking at the majestic mountains and lush valleys in the distance, my nervousness was gradually dispelled by the beautiful scenery. Walking on it was like walking in the air, and every step was thrilling and novel. The cultural landscape of the scenic area was also impressive. The ancient pavilions and towers were scattered among the mountains, and the flying eaves and bucket arches showed ancient charm. The stone inscriptions stood quietly, telling the long history and carrying profound cultural heritage. As dusk approached, I reluctantly returned. The trip to Wulong Gorge made me intoxicated by the natural beauty, awed by the majestic waterfall, and appreciated the cultural charm. This trip was fulfilling for both body and mind, and I will definitely revisit this beautiful mountain and water in the future.

Mount Tiantai is one of the famous mountains in Zhejiang, a 5A tourist attraction. During the May Day period, the alpine azaleas in Tiantai Mountain Huading National Forest Park are in full bloom, which is the most beautiful time of the year. In addition, the scenic area also includes famous spots such as the Tiantai Mountain Waterfall, Qiongtai Xiangu, Shiliang Feipu, and Guoqing Temple. If you arrange a 3-day itinerary, on the first day, visit the Tiantai Mountain Waterfall and Qiongtai Xiangu, then stay near Guoqing Temple. On the second day, visit Guoqing Temple in the morning and Shiliang Feipu in the afternoon. On the third day, tour Huading Forest Park and return in due time. Among these attractions, I personally think the most beautiful is Qiongtai Xiangu, with mountains, water, and waterfalls, and it's not tiring to walk from top to bottom. If you are driving, just navigate directly to the destination. There is a narrow mountain road from Guoqing Temple to Shiliang Feipu, be careful when passing other vehicles. Also, on the way back from Shiliang Feipu, take the Tianda Line, passing through the Shizi Mouth self-driving campsite, which has very nice scenery and is worth stopping at. Pan'an Landscape Tour The small city of Pan'an in central Zhejiang is known for its beautiful scenery, with high forest coverage, water quality, and air quality ranking among the top in the province. In recent years, Pan'an's tourism industry has developed rapidly, with emerging attractions such as Wushi Village, Baizhangtan, Wulong Gorge, and Jiaxi, among which the most unique scenery is the Eighteen Rapids. Drive directly to 'Pan'an Eighteen Rapids', the last small section is a mountain road. The scenic area tour takes about 3 hours, walking from top to bottom, with a shuttle bus to the entrance after coming out. During the May Day holiday, it is recommended to arrange a 2-3 day trip to Pan'an, combining it with nearby attractions such as Shuixia Kong, Baizhangtan, and Wushi Village, allocating half a day for each spot. Accommodation can be chosen in Wushi Village. Ninghai Bay Seafood Hot Spring Ninghai Bay is an emerging tourist resort area in Ningbo, located in Qiangjiao Town in the northeast of Ninghai, at the end of Xiangshan Port, about 58 kilometers from Ningbo, facing Xiangshan and Fenghua across the sea, known as the 'Sea Thousand Island Lake'. The main attraction here is Hengshan Island, featuring sea fishing, seafood tasting, and island leisure. Nearby is Tianming Mountain Hot Spring, one of the three high-quality hot springs in China. Driving from Hangzhou to Ninghai Bay takes about 3 hours, and a 2-3 day trip can be arranged. On the first day, navigate to Tianming Mountain National Forest Park (hot spring hotel) and check in. After a walk in the forest park, take a hot spring bath in the evening to relax. On the second day, head to Ninghai Bay resort town, where you can stay, visit the Marine Biology Museum, charter a boat to go out to sea, and also tour Hengshan Island (about half a day).
