A great place for a weekend hiking trip.
Wuzhi Mountain is located in Liangkou Town, Conghua, with a highest altitude of 1,097 meters. It is named Wuzhi Mountain because its shape resembles five open fingers. It features strange peaks and stone scenery, forest lakes, waterfalls and deep pools, ladders and clouds, and gorges and streams. Wuzhi Mountain is not just five peaks. There are more than ten peaks with an altitude of over 1,000 meters within a radius of ten kilometers. Hikers have named them Thumb Peak, Index Finger Peak, Middle Finger Peak, Ring Finger Peak, and Little Finger Peak. These peaks are all about 1,000 meters above sea level. Wuzhi Mountain is densely forested, ecologically primitive, and has charming scenery. It is a rare hiking route that often attracts many hiking, climbing, and photography enthusiasts.
If you only have 3 hours, it is recommended to drive to the Crescent Lake parking lot and walk from Peak 1 to Peak 2, as the road is easier to walk. If you can leave at 8 am, you can go from Peak 2 to Peak 4. Peak 4 is far away, so it is recommended to prepare more food and water.
Remember to go to the bathroom at the foot of the mountain before setting off.
Bring hiking poles and a hat, wear comfortable shoes, and bring tissues.
