Jiangshan cuisine is mainly spicy, and duck head is naturally famous. But in addition, there are many other delicious dishes worth trying. The fish head in a clay pot is tender and flavorful, the Dachen noodles are chewy and refreshing, the salted meat zongzi is salty and soft, and the dried plum vegetable cake is crispy and fragrant. Every bite is unforgettable, and it is a perfect match with rice.
