The curved wooden structure is so beautiful, I found myself just standing and admiring it for a while. As the sun started to set, I made my way to Setoshirube, a red lighthouse at the edge of the Seto Inland Sea. It’s especially magical in the evening light, watching the boats go by with the sea breeze on your face. Even if you are not at Yashimaru Observatory, you can see the view of Takamatsu from below. The view is really beautiful no matter where you go. There is also a cafe nearby, so you can relax while looking at the view. The Yashimaru Observatory is a great view overlooking the Takamatsu scenery and the sea, and I highly recommend it when traveling to Takamatsu.
