There is a large archway right outside the station, and you can enter the Chinese atmosphere in an instant. When the lanterns are lit at night, the atmosphere is particularly great, suitable for taking photos and eating while walking. Be sure to save room to try: xiaolongbao (the kind that’s freshly steamed and hot), pepper cakes, Hong Kong-style pineapple buns with ice cream, pan-fried buns, and the many buffet restaurants. There are also some more refined restaurants like Pinzhenlou and Chongqing Restaurant, which have different styles. If you feel like strolling after a meal, you can walk to the park at the foot of the mountain or take the sea bus in 5 to 10 minutes. #ancienttownvibes Absolutely beautiful temple! It's definitely a hidden gem tucked away in Chinatown 🐉 ✨️ such vibrant colors plus an overall calm place. The older lady was sweet & walked me through a small prayer & the overall process 🙏🏼 It's a little bigger than the other temple right up the street. Both are stunning & picturesque nonetheless. 👏🏼 Beautiful and well worth the entrance fee. They teach you how to properly pray. It’s a small temple but very beautiful.
