It uses no preservatives or additives, and is made from 100% mochi rice, which has remained unchanged for over 100 years Their surprisingly soft mochi makes the most of the original taste of the mochi rice The name Denki Mochi was given to them by a customer a hundred years ago 💡 It's said to come from the fact that they introduced an electric mochi pounding machine, which was still rare at the time 🫢 The stylish interior is so stylish that you wouldn't think it was a daifuku shop 🥹 It's so popular that some products sell out for the day even shortly after opening.
