I had an irresistible experience in Hakone for tofu lovers. I went to a restaurant called "Yubadon Naokichi" located a 3-minute walk from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Business hours are from 11:00 to 18:00, and it is closed on Tuesdays. I visited Hakone during Golden Week and decided to try the Hakone tofu that I had heard good things about. It was a popular restaurant, so I lined up for about an hour, but it was worth it. There are beautiful views around the restaurant, and you can also stroll along the stream. I recommend getting a numbered ticket first, strolling around the area, and then coming back to enjoy your meal. The set menu in photo 1 includes chilled tofu skin, chilled tofu, and tofu soup rice.
