The first floor was a Japanese-style room and a half open-air bath. The second floor was a spacious room with a Japanese-style room and a bedroom with two rooms connected together. To be honest, it was too spacious for two people, and it was a luxurious space. The ingredients on the dinner table are said to be fresh seasonal vegetables harvested that morning...!! A wide variety of dishes are available, including rice grown under contract with local farmers, yamame trout raised in clear streams, and high-quality Bungo beef. I especially tried fried yamame trout for the first time, but I was surprised at how delicious the fluffy mites were... I took a 10-minute train ride from Yufuin Station to Yuhira. It was also used as a location for the TV drama "Otoko wa Tsurai yo."
