We went to Zhong She Hua Shi at Taichung. Be amazed by the sea of flowers that blooms for all year round so you won’t be disappointed. I love that there are different type of flowers in full bloom in different areas. We get to see tulips, lavender, cosmos and red sage. There are few photo spots and backdrop or props such as windmill, piano and swing for you to take photos. We had lotsa fun in the flower market! Weather was sunny at the end of Mar! Flowers were blooming beautifully and with the mountain view behind, the scenery was really breathtaking! It’s a great place for family as kids can run around this huge space! There’s also a strawberry farm where you get to do your own strawberries picking ! #winhkflight #taichung #flowers Zhongshe Flower Market is one of the most underrated flower viewing establishments I’ve visited. It’s pretty out of the way and I can understand why people don’t really consider it. But the moment I stepped in the market, I could only smell fresh flowers. It was amazing and bewildering to be smelling that many flowers. Rose, lavender, lilies. It’s insane and intense. They also provide many props to take pictures with. And if you come on a good day, there would be a clearer picture of a nearby mountain in your photos. This is definitely a 9/10 experience for me and it’s really family friendly as well. I wish to go to Hong Kong in order to explore nature and find flowers as beautiful as the ones here at Zhongshe.

Just a short distance away from the main Taichung area, Zhongshe Flower Market is a must go if you love flowers! Went in March and it was tulips season 🌷🌷 There were other variety of flowers as well and every spot was super photo worthy 😍 Admission is 150TWD from Jan to March and 120TWD from April to Dec. There’s even a BBQ zone for those who’d like to dine there - 380TWD, includes admission to the flower fields zone. It was part of my private charter tour but you can get there bus/train/Uber! You may opt to eat delicious BBQ before entering the farm which costs less than 400NTD and includes entrance to the farm.A lovely spot for flower enthusiasts, featuring a BBQ area. Consider purchasing the BBQ buffet ticket for access to the flower garden. However, I wouldn't recommend the BBQ restaurant due to limited food variety and room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

20mins walk from Tai'an (Gongguan) station in Taichung, lies this beautiful flora land. If you're looking to purchase flowers, they have it at really affordable prices. Otherwise, TWD150/pax and you'll be able to take as many photos around this flower market in the plantation. The scenery in the background of this area makes it even more dreamy. If you're there with your family but aren't interested in flowers, fret not. There's a huge BBQ area in this location. The BBQ area was packed with people on a weekend - and it smelt so delicious, so feel free to drop by and enjoy this place on a weekday too! My partner and I didn't walk back to the train station. Went to Tai Chung Zhong She flower market! Really enjoyed the journey there and manage to take many different photos. Everything is so colourful and the place is managed well. With the different decoration, one is definitely able to find your own favourite scene. Weather was good and will definitely bring more people there. Really worth a visit if you are looking for instaworthy place!

This is a pretty popular photo spot in Taichung especially for those taking their prewedding photos. Different types of flowers bloom during the different seasons. We visited during summer (June)..and it was pretty hot..Would have enjoyed it better if the weather is cooler..Not much shelter around.
