[2025 Zurich Stay] Travel Guide for Zurich Marriott Hotel (Updated Jun)

The perfect stay in Zurich, Marriott Zurich Surprise! After setting foot in Zurich not long ago, I chose the Neumuehlequai 42, a Marriott Zurich hotel in the city center. The hotel seems to be home to a transportation hub, just 600 meters from Zurich Train Terminal, across the Limat River. Not only can you enjoy the National Museum of Zurich at a slow pace, but you can also walk around the Old Town🌆. And to tell you the truth, you really don’t have to worry about traffic in this location, it’s extremely convenient wherever you want to go! Speaking of the hotel itself, the first impression of check-in is that the front desk nurse is really courteous and will help get the mobile application check-in, check to know the room is ready, quickly and easily get the room allocation. 🍀 After entering the room, I had to praise our two-pronged socket, it was the savior of forgetting to bring a conversion plug! The interior of the room is spacious, and the air-conditioning equipment is a guarantee of comfort. The lobby lounge area is simple and modern, where you can also enjoy a variety of snacks exclusive to members! (Don’t mention that coffee, it smells pretty good!) The room is spacious and comfortable, the bed is soft and hard, I slept peacefully at night and enjoyed the beautiful morning light. 🏨 And the room view is particularly attractive - overlooking the beautiful scenery of the whole of Zurich, it is simply hopeful. The room is fully equipped with essentials such as an ironing board and safe. If you want to enjoy a relaxing time, even an electric kettle is specially prepared for warming your heart. Every time I stand in front of a window and look into the distance, that feeling is one word: Great! When it comes to the surroundings, it’s a paradise for all kinds of food and fun. There are many restaurants nearby, like La Fonte and Elmira Fine Dining, which can satisfy the discerning taste buds, especially the Swiss cuisine, the enthusiasm is worth looking forward to. 💡 Sitting at Schweizerhof Bar at night with a few drinks and immersing yourself in the night of the whole city, the feeling really can't be described in words. Want to experience the relaxation of the city? Take a walk along the Limat River and take the beautiful view near the door of the room. Of course, no matter how perfect the place has some minor flaws: the price in such a central location in Zurich, may really be high, for travelers who only want basic accommodation, some want to cry😂 But then again, every corner of Zurich is full of details surprises, not to explore? So, if you have Zurich in the sun on your list, don’t miss the Marriott Hotel closest to the city center, luxurious yet full of friendliness. Looking forward to your compliments on the beauty here!

Switzerland is known for its high prices, and hotel accommodations are no exception. Staying at the Zurich Marriott Hotel, a standard double room for one night without breakfast costs a whopping NT$16,000—definitely pricey! Thankfully, the hotel has a lounge where you can enjoy unlimited food, saving you the cost of one meal. The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Limmat River, offering stunning river and city views. It's about a 10-minute walk from Zurich Central Station and even closer to the Old Town. The overall ambiance is bright and clean—not exactly luxurious, but very comfortable. The Zurich Marriott is one of the city's classic five-star hotels. While I initially expected outdated facilities, the interiors have been renovated in recent years, significantly enhancing the stay experience.

Checking out of this lovely property tmrw early so penning my thoughts now 😛 So glad I picked this place for my short stay - modern spot, great service, and lovely location. All green ticks! ✅ The superior king room was awesome and breathing a new life post-reno. The cushy bed gave me restful sleep during my stay, the diligent housekeeping refreshed my room every day, and the bathroom warmed my feet with heated flooring ❤️ M Club was a superb spot to chill in, especially during evening cocktail hours. Though hot food selection was limited, the quality cheeses, cold cuts, and salads were more than sufficient to keep the tummy happy. And of course of wines and beer on tap helped🐷 Staff I had the opportunity to interact with were all warm smiles and helpful enthusiasm - especially Kenita st breakfast and Lara at front desk. The service is what sets a property apart from others and I’m happy to report a rather high score from the team here 🫶🏻 Location was perfect with the captivating streets of Zurich a short walk away and if one wants to go further, the Zurich HB a 8-min walk away will provide plenty choices 🗺️ Definitely a recommended spot! 🇨🇭
