[2025 Zurich Stay] Travel Guide for Zurich Marriott Hotel (Updated May)

Switzerland is known for its high prices, and hotel accommodations are no exception. Staying at the Zurich Marriott Hotel, a standard double room for one night without breakfast costs a whopping NT$16,000—definitely pricey! Thankfully, the hotel has a lounge where you can enjoy unlimited food, saving you the cost of one meal. The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the Limmat River, offering stunning river and city views. It's about a 10-minute walk from Zurich Central Station and even closer to the Old Town. The overall ambiance is bright and clean—not exactly luxurious, but very comfortable. The Zurich Marriott is one of the city's classic five-star hotels. While I initially expected outdated facilities, the interiors have been renovated in recent years, significantly enhancing the stay experience.

Checking out of this lovely property tmrw early so penning my thoughts now 😛 So glad I picked this place for my short stay - modern spot, great service, and lovely location. All green ticks! ✅ The superior king room was awesome and breathing a new life post-reno. The cushy bed gave me restful sleep during my stay, the diligent housekeeping refreshed my room every day, and the bathroom warmed my feet with heated flooring ❤️ M Club was a superb spot to chill in, especially during evening cocktail hours. Though hot food selection was limited, the quality cheeses, cold cuts, and salads were more than sufficient to keep the tummy happy. And of course of wines and beer on tap helped🐷 Staff I had the opportunity to interact with were all warm smiles and helpful enthusiasm - especially Kenita st breakfast and Lara at front desk. The service is what sets a property apart from others and I’m happy to report a rather high score from the team here 🫶🏻 Location was perfect with the captivating streets of Zurich a short walk away and if one wants to go further, the Zurich HB a 8-min walk away will provide plenty choices 🗺️ Definitely a recommended spot! 🇨🇭
