Melbourne Princes Pier is located in Port Melbourne. It was formerly known as the New Railway Wharf. Later, it was renamed Princes Wharf due to the visit of the Prince of Wales. It is one of the most historic wharves in Port Phillip Bay, Melbourne.
The exposed wooden piles are arranged very neatly, and the visual effect extends to the sea level. Combined with the ever-changing sky, they form a series of unique check-in photos. This is really a very suitable place for taking photos and checking in.
In addition, there are not many tourists coming here. It is really comfortable to take a walk here, feel the sea breeze, look at the sea, and enjoy the leisurely and comfortable feeling.

We were able to try a few different things — my favorite was definitely the oysters and octopus. Their mains are big enough to be shared between two pax. They always have specials for the day you can ask the server & they will gladly tell you!

If you like to watch the sunset on the beach, don’t miss this beach!
The beach is very conveniently located, just 20 minutes from the CBD
And the tram can go directly there, so you can go there anytime even if you don’t have a car!
The beach feels very comfortable ~ Some people are walking ~
Watching people fishing or strolling will also make you feel relaxed.
There are also some restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
It is also a good choice to hang out in this place when you have nothing to do!
The scenery at dusk is really beautiful on a nice day.

Port Melbourne Beach is a safe and clean beach, popular with locals and tourists alike. It is sandwiched between New Beach and South Melbourne Beach. The Port Of Melbourne can be seen from here as well as the West Gate Bridge. Station and Princes Piers are within walking distance, and the Spirit of Tasmania docks in this area too. Recommend!!!

Westgate Park
#melbournetrip
Westgate Park is an exceptional park located in the industrial heart of Port Melbourne. It offers a range of attractions and activities that make it an ideal destination for visitors seeking a green oasis close to the city. The park's location on the eastern banks of the Yarra River, under the Westgate Bridge, offers spectacular views of the river mouth and the city skyline.
One of the most remarkable features of Westgate Park is its salt lake, which turns pink seasonally due to high salt levels, high temperatures, increased sunlight, and lack of rainfall. The reddish algae growing in the salt crust is a sight to behold, particularly during hotter weather. The park's shared paths are popular with cyclists, joggers, and walkers, and connect to some significant trail networks of Melbourne, including the 53km Bay Trail.
