Porto is a amazing place located at north of Portugal . Is the third biggest city in Portugal, a lot of jobs opportunities, amazing food 🥘 and desserts 🧁 and off course i can’t leave to say about the best wine in the world “ PORTO WINE 🍷 “ everyone should try this delicious wine 🍷 taste super good 👍 and also can drink with a lot of delicious snacks . The bright in the picture is just a amazing place where the metro pass by it and everyone need to get out of the way to allow the train pass. also we can join the sunset 🌆 around the bright. lovely Porto . don’t miss it . come to visit as soon as possible
cafe Santiago
Address: R. de Passos Manuel 226, 4000-382 Porto, Portugal
Atmosphere/Facilities: In the old town
Features: If you haven’t tried the wet sandwich Francesinha in Porto, Portugal, you’ve come in vain. This time, I chose a very famous restaurant to taste the wet sandwich. After waiting for a while, the long-awaited sandwich was served. It was a whole plate full of wet Francesinha sandwich with French fries and several pieces of cheese on top. After cutting the sandwich, there were two layers of cheese wrapped in toast on the top, followed by sausage, ham, super thick steak and then the toast at the bottom. When the fork was pulled up, the whole thing was stringy, very tempting, but it made me feel full just by looking at it. Recommended for two people to share
Price per person: 10 euros
Rating: 3.9
conga Portuguese pork chop bun
Address: R. do Bonjardim 318, 4000-115 Porto, Portugal
Atmosphere/Facilities: In the old town
Features: This is a popular pork chop bun shop. There is still a long queue outside the shop at 1pm. If you don’t want to wait for the food inside, you can buy it to go directly, which will be much faster. The queue for food was quite fast, and it took about 15 minutes to get a seat. The meal was prepared quickly, and it was very satisfying to bite into the hot pork chop bun. The pork tasted slightly spicy and went very well with the bread. I completely understand why it is so popular. It is a good Portuguese taste that makes people want to taste it again. If you come to Porto again, you will definitely visit again.
Price per person: 10 euros
Rating: 4.2
Check this out in Porto!!

📍Vinte vinte
This place is a chocolate factory, but it also has a cafe and a shop, so it's a really good place. In particular, the warehouse inside is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy, and it feels very open. Also, they sell a variety of chocolates, and there are a lot of them by flavor, so it's good for looking around and buying. Also, each interior has its own unique features, so it's even more fun to look around. If you want to buy chocolate and look at various products, I recommend going here.

#December Travel Support Event
The Typographia store in downtown Porto

Recommended accommodation in Porto with a view and a duplex structure - Duque de Loulé
#Emotional Accommodation #Porto #Portugal
I'm introducing an apartment-type accommodation that I stayed in during my trip to Porto.
Duque de Loulé is a 4-star duplex accommodation
with a view of downtown Porto outside the window and is located not far from the surrounding tourist attractions.
The location is advantageous because the nearest subway is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the Sao Bento train station is an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
Overall, it is clean and
a good accommodation to leave memories of Porto.
Location: R. do Duque de Loulé 255, 4000-324 Porto, Portugal

Some moments from Porto 🇵🇹
#thingstodo
Porto is one of my favourite city in Portugal. This is the second largest city in Portugal after lisbon. The historic centre of Porto is wonderful with the old town buildings and the view over there is amazing. In the recent trip to there, I spent some time to capture some pictures with my camera. The street over there looks historical and when I walked by the street, I got inspiration of how they built the house and I felt really interested in those! The Luis 1 Bridge is also the iconic sight in Porto and you have to see it!

Porto beautiful city 🇵🇹
#thingstodo
Porto is one of the most popular city in Europe and you have to go once if you come to Europe travelling ! In my recent trip to Porto , I have stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed the scenery of the city inside. The Luis I Bridge is one of the signature signs for attractions you have to see, I went to the observation point in Porto and the name is Jardim do Motto. After that, I tried the clams for my dinner and the Pastel de nata . Pastel De nata is one of the delicious dessert you have to try in Portugal.
Come to Porto and explore more!
How to get to here: London Stansted to Porto by plane
【Portugal】Porto Metro: a modern light rail system with multiple lines running through the city center
The Porto Metro is a modern light rail/subway system that is still being expanded. It has several lines that pass through the center of Porto and extend to surrounding cities. This is a quick and easy way to get around Porto, and probably the most efficient way. However, some major areas of the city are not well served by the subway. Announcements within the metro are made in Portuguese only, but most ticket machines and directional signs are bilingual in Portuguese and English.
Your Andante must be validated before you enter the metro, bus or cable car. There are no barriers in the metro to stop you, but the metro police will enter the carriage and check your Andante to make sure you have it verified and are travelling within your zone.

Porto Old Town Walking Tour
#ChristmasDestinations
If you don’t want to spend Christmas in a gloomy mood, you can go to Porto, Portugal. There are many attractions but they are concentrated, and the old city is a World Cultural Heritage. It’s nice to walk and slowly feel the beauty of this classical city. The best Christmas experience is in Europe!
If you are in a hurry, you can actually visit all the attractions in three days and two nights. The old town has shopping streets, churches and fortresses. There are various restaurants, open-air cafes and endless street stalls along the river where you can buy non-stop. Just like Hong Kong, there are classic trams to ride, making the city quite colorful, let’s spend a warm Christmas together!
São Bento
São Bento Station (pronounced similarly to the Taiwanese word "send bento") is located in Porto, Portugal. It was opened in 1916. The most popular feature of the station is the tile paintings depicting Portuguese history. The artist used more than 20,000 tiles to piece together the history of Portugal's royal life, important battles, and transportation. It is a must-visit check-in attraction for internet celebrities. It is a rare train station with such a charming atmosphere.

The Douro
The Douro River is a major river on the Iberian Peninsula, running through Porto, Portugal and out to sea.
"Louis I Bridge" is the most famous bridge across the Douluo River. It is said to be designed by Gustave Eiffel, the designer of the Eiffel Tower in Paris (the style is quite similar). The bridge can be divided into upper and lower parts, with traffic on the upper part. The subway and the lower part are cars. Whether it is day or night, the scenery of this bridge is very charming.
Porto city view from Porto Cathedral

If you climb to the top of the Porto Cathedral, you can see the whole city at a glance!
It was so beautiful even though the weather wasn't perfect.

It is said that Porto Cathedral was built in the early 12th century under the patronage of Hugo, who was the bishop of Porto! When it was first built, it was said to have had Romanesque features such as a symmetrical floor plan and two square towers, making it look like a fortress.

The famous Café Majestic in Porto
🗺 Rua Santa Catarina 112, 4000-442 Porto, Portugal
Porto Majestic Cafe, where the Harry Potter author often visited!
It was famous, so we waited for a while and went in
Europeans enjoy espresso, so we tried it too
It went really well with the cheesecake we ordered together..🤍

Morandi color wave
The weather in Porto this week is overcast and rainy. The whole city is covered with a layer of gray. Does it feel particularly cold?
Now that global tourism is recovering, there is no distinction between peak and off-seasons. It seems that there are still countless passengers leaving the city from the airport.
Cross the Dom Luís I Bridge (Ponte de Dom Luís I) in the second picture to reach Vila Nova de Gaia, south of the Douro River. This is a pilgrimage site for wine lovers. Competition between wineries is fierce, so the price of wine tastings is similar.
I personally tried the Ruby and White and felt that the White was less sweet and more suitable for people who are used to drinking regular wine.
There is also endless Portuguese food, football, scholarly families and Fado! Overall, it is a highly recommended destination

a beautiful and comfortable city
Arrived in the rainy day, but the city view is still very beautiful.
It is always the best choice to walk along the river and cross the street to see the whole view of the city.
If u want to go to the seaside, it's also very convenient and only need to take 500 bus and get there directly.
And the seafood and brunch here are also cheap and delicious. everything seem so perfect!#mytripvlog

Dom Luis I Bridge and Moru Park as seen from the Serra do Pilar Monastery 💫🇵🇹
📍Porto, Serra do Pilar Monastery
There are so many hidden viewpoints in Porto! Serra do Pilar Monastery that only those who know about it know about :-)
If you go up here, you can see the Dom Luis I Bridge really close and look down on Moru Park. And you can take in the distant scenery and Ribeira District more than anywhere else🙌
Those of you who are going to Porto! Don't forget to see the sunset here💗

If you want to taste the orient in Porto, this is the place!🍜
📍Porto, Porto express - Bistrorante Vietnamita
A Vietnamese restaurant in Porto! It was a rice noodle restaurant that I visited to warm up my body on a cold rainy evening :-)
This restaurant, which felt like a neighborhood cafe, was even more memorable thanks to the kind owners! It was really delicious, and the rice noodles that melted my whole body, the pie they gave me at the end (they said it was a recipe passed down from the owner's grandmother's grandmother!), and even the sweet coconut coffee - this was the best food I had in Porto🥹👍
If you miss the taste of the Orient while traveling in Porto, you must visit!!!

Essential Souvenirs from Porto🇵🇹 Canned Mackerel🎡
📍Porto
This is a canned mackerel store that travelers to Porto must visit! The interior is decorated like an amusement park or a circus, so it's worth a visit👍
When you say canned mackerel, you might think it's very fishy, but thanks to the cute and colorful cam packaging, you'll have zero aversion to mackerel!
There are also staff members who speak Korean very well, and there are various cans of not only mackerel but also tuna, salmon, and hairtail, so take a look. 💫

port wine tasting in Porto
no trip to Porto is complete without a port wine tasting session in Porto. we did a guided walking tour of Porto which ended with a port wine tasting session. the guide gave us a brief introduction of the vintages and tasting notes and allowed us sufficient time to taste and appreciate each glass of wine.
you can also get tasting sets from the market which was cheap (we got ourselves a set of 4 at 12 Euros which included 40 year tawny port) there will also be many many different brands of port on sale at the markets at a reasonable price
port is not commonly drank where I live but they do offer worldwide shipping although costs could be prohibitive #porto #portwine
Traveling to Portugal Part 10✈️-Porto's Dom Luis Bridge
Hello! This is Zolvin with the 10th installment.
This time, I visited the Porto area! Among them, I will introduce the Dom Luis Bridge.
I think the Porto area was a really healing place for me!
In particular, the Dom Luis Bridge gave me a calm feeling!
The sunset was also really beautiful!
One thing that was disappointing was that when I crossed the Dom Luis Bridge, I felt it was dangerous because there were trams running!
Make sure not to wear earphones when you pass by there!!

A magical train station full of blue azulejos! Porto Sao Bento Station🇵🇹
📍Porto, Sao Bento Station
Porto's Sao Bento Station is decorated with beautiful blue azulejos. It looks like the train heading to Hogwarts will soon arrive at the platform.
The azulejos here depict important moments in Portuguese history and are said to be decorated with over 20,000 tiles!!
Sao Bento Station is always busy, but if you want to enjoy a little more leisurely scenery, visit a little early in the morning :-)
