The weather was very good that day, and the lake reflected the stunning view of Mount Fuji in Sakurishiri😍😍😍 There is an 800-meter-long trail around the lake, surrounded by a dense native forest. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake and the mountains while walking. Although Rishiri Island in May has not yet welcomed the gorgeous and dazzling flowers, the deep and shallow green forests are fresh and natural, with a unique elegance. When I landed on Rishiri Island by ferry on April 9th, I noticed a very noticeable hill near the ferry terminal and it caught my attention. I looked it up and found out it was called Cape Peshi and was only 90m above sea level, which is not that high. I really wanted to climb Cape Peshi so I did so despite the strong wind. It took about 20 minutes to climb up, and about 30 minutes to descend because the wind was so strong that I was almost blown away. I could see the surrounding scenery and Rishiri Fuji was beautiful. #thingstodo One of the more popular spot on the Risihiri island, there are a number of seafood sellers. It's a bliss to enjoy the seafood while taking in the good views on a good day. There's also a scenic white deck at the lake which is a splendid photo spot. There's a small roadside station here too! Plenty of parking spots at this location. I highly recommend this place.
