For this time we will talk about typical North West dishes. Mian or noodles. It just sounds simple but in China you will meet the variety of this product and classification will be based on size and shape of noodles made of wheat flour. At the picture you can see so called mao xi , which named so because it is very thing and compared to the hair in its thickness. The soup itself is a masterpiece of culinary!
