Stayed a week in this little town named Singkawang in Kalimantan, Indonesia, and I’ve fallen in love with the quaint ambiance of this hearty little town. let me explain why to you here. Singkawang or San Khew Jong (in Hakka), is a little province located along the coastline of West Kalimantan. About 2-3 hours of car ride journey from Pontianak. Since Singkawang is located at the coastline, beautiful beach spots to watch sunset are easily accessible - by bike (the most common form of transportation in Singkawang). Sunset in the first image is Pantai Samudera. To access to the beach, you gotta ride through a bumpy small road, arrive in 10-15 minutes. The sand was soft and the view was spectacular.
