#flowerblossom #100waysoftravel Flower viewing is part of my hobby and this time, I traveled down to view the blossoming of sunflower. There is a vast field with tens of thousands of sunflower being planted at the flower bed, and the blossoming is peak at that time. You can see the vast yellow flower in the middle of Taebaek mountain which gives you a very nice scenery behind the scene. Besides, there are also wild cosmos beside the sunflowers and this adds more colours to the picture. Journey could be a bit far and hilly but it's worth the travel. Will definitely do this again.

On a snowy day, Taebaek Mountain is simply a very beautiful park. When my friend and I reached the summit, we were at a loss for words to describe the place, and the view was clearly an eternal expanse of snow-covered hills. After visiting about 12 of Korea's great national parks, the scenery I was fortunate enough to see at Taebaek Mountain was of the highest value. I started to enjoy walking and playing with snow in Yeokelsa, and there was a distance from Taebaek Station to this place. The walk can be done in less than two hours. The beauty of Korea's mountain ranges is that every peak is really great, and you can walk a long distance in a day. Like many of Korea's sacred mountains, Now, when I think of the wild beauty of Gangwon Province and the elements of nature, I think of Taebaek Mountain. It may be surprising because Seoraksan National Park is located in the same province. Seoraksan is undoubtedly exceptional and surpasses Taebaek Mountain in beauty, but Taebaek Mountain is unique to you and the mountain itself.

Unlike regular chicken ribs, the broth is literally homemade Taebaek, Gangwon-do, famous for its water chicken ribs! The frost-covered trees, known as “snow flowers,” created one of the most magical winter scenes I’ve ever seen. Even outside of winter, Taebaeksan is beautiful, with colorful autumn foliage and blooming wildflowers in spring. The park is well-maintained, and the air was incredibly fresh. I also visited the Cheonjedan Altar, an ancient site used for traditional rituals, adding a unique cultural experience to the trip.
