There's no entrance fee to explore the city itself, and the best way to enjoy it is by walking through Piața Unirii and Piața Victoriei, both packed with history and charm. The atmosphere is vibrant, with street cafes, local markets, and friendly people. Don’t miss the Timișoara Orthodox Cathedral, a gorgeous piece of architecture. Close by, you can also visit the Banat Village Museum for a glimpse of Romanian rural life. If you’re a history buff, the 1989 Revolution Museum is a must. Many people even haven't heard about this place, but actually it is one of the largest cities in Romania. The city is called Timişoara. It is located very far from the capital so the best way to access it is by plane. Also it is very close to the Hungarian border, so a quick hop from Budapest is also possible. #happynewyear
