A new experience of checking in modern buildings at night🌃
This time I came to Trondheim, I was already full of expectations for this Nordic ancient city, but choosing the Radisson Blu Hotel in Trondheim Royal Gardens added to the whole trip. The biggest selling point of this hotel is its location in the city center, close to the river and convenient transportation, which fully meets my requirements for "viewing and convenience". Moreover, the interior design of the hotel itself is super beautiful, Nordic simplicity and a lot of green plant accents, great for photography, many guests will deliberately take a panoramic view of the hotel from the bridge outside, super feel!
Speaking of location, the hotel is Kjøpmannsgata 73. One step out of the hotel you can see the river. The night view is excellent at night. It is really worth a slow walk to feel the city atmosphere. It’s a ten-minute drive from the airport or the central train station, and there’s no pressure to pick up your luggage. If you’re self-driving, underground parking is definitely a boon without bothering with parking issues.
In terms of hotel service, the staff I met during my stay were very friendly and down-to-earth, with any queries immediately helpful, greeting very courteous. The front desk staff will also take the initiative to care about your schedule, which feels very humane. The room is decorated with a modern Nordic line, environmentally friendly design to see the thought, D moving lines and plug distribution are designed very reasonable. There are free biscuits and fruit in the public areas. It's really nice to have something to eat when you take a break at the hotel!
Breakfast is commendable, with a wide range of varieties, whether you like European and American or Asian cuisine to find your favorite, with classics such as eggs and salmon, as well as fresh fruit, nuts, and Asian hot foods, do not even worry about partial eclipse. It was really chill to sit by the window and eat breakfast with a view of the river.
In terms of surrounding attractions, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to popular photo spots such as Nidaros Cathedral and Old Town Bridge. The riverbank itself is great for a slow walk, surrounded by hipster cafés and specialty Nordic shops, and you won’t feel bored walking. Trondheim has an overall slow tempo for true relaxation.
Tip: It is recommended to book in advance on the official website or reliable platform, remember to choose a river view room; Note that the climate of Nordic spring and autumn is slightly cool, so it is most comfortable to take a jacket for a walk. If you drive, the underground parking is genuinely convenient, no need to look around for a seat.
Trondheim's slow-living city flavor, comfortable stay, day and night views and amazing; plus courteous hotel service and rich breakfast, really recommended. #TrunkheimHotel Guide #NordicTravel #RiverViewHotel #
