Unfortunately, I came to Weizhou Island, and fortunately I chose the Reef Hotel among the few (three) relatively satisfactory hotels. I like their service. Although the price-performance ratio is not comparable to that of Hainan (the hotel's private beach is not as good as that of Hainan), I am satisfied with the extremely scarce supplies in Weizhou Island, which is a circled point. The hotel is wild and luxurious! But it is not really big, maybe Weizhou Island itself is very small! I wanted to complain about how deserted the road to the hotel was, and even the road was bad, but when we went out to eat, we found that every road was like this (even After walking a few steps, there is an unknown smell in the air that I can't find the source of. Satisfied again! Afternoon tea was delivered in the afternoon (we planned to listen to music and drink some wine from the minibar in the evening, and the kind butler delivered another one, which greatly improved our good impression) and stew was also delivered in the evening (it tasted pretty good) The breakfast was not what we imagined, which was served in the big restaurant. After longing for Beihai Weizhou Island, I finally set foot on this land amidst great anticipation. The scenery here is indeed breathtaking, and due to the limited number of people allowed on the island, it feels particularly quiet. At night, the streets are almost empty, so quiet that it feels a bit eerie. The trip was scheduled from May 1st to 5th. For transportation, I first traveled from Guangzhou South to Beihai, then took a ferry. I chose a hotel that offered free pier shuttle service (provided by the owner), which also had a swimming pool, quite distinctive. On the island, you can choose to ride tuk-tuks, but we opted to rent electric bikes, which allowed us to roam freely (charged by the day). The weather was sunny, perfect for a morning swim in the hotel pool. I don't recommend going out at noon when the sun is too strong, unless you're visiting some attractions. It's better to go out again from 3 to 4 pm, very leisurely and comfortable. We visited attractions like Crocodile Hill, Dripping Water Danping, Colorful Beach, Shell Beach, Shiluokou, and the Catholic Church. We also arranged a day at sea: taking the Da Fei to the yacht area, then boarding a yacht to experience some water activities. The sea trip was rather dull, and the water quality was just average. We only played with the glass-bottom boat and snorkeling. I honestly don't recommend going out to sea; it's enough to enjoy the island. Here are some must-visit places: - Shell Beach-Colorful Beach-Shiluokou, where watching the sunset at 5 or 6 pm is particularly beautiful, a must-experience. - The coastline towards Nanwan, go there at 3 pm to check in, and by 4 pm it gets crowded, the scenery is absolutely stunning! (Be careful of the waves at night when driving; we got wet by a sudden wave). - The Catholic Church is also a great place for photos and check-ins. - Crocodile Hill, we parked at the entrance and took an electric cart up, walking would be tiring. Regarding food, we went to Nanwan Seafood Market to buy our seafood and then had it processed at a restaurant, with processing fees ranging from 15 to 30 yuan. Some processing shops are quite a rip-off, so make sure to confirm the price in advance. We ended up having it processed at the guesthouse, and the owner was very nice. In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting here, it's a quiet island. You can stroll leisurely, ride your beloved little electric donkey, and enjoy the summer breeze. It's just perfect.

This time I came specifically for the Reef Hotel. I personally think that good service is definitely a bonus point for a hotel and even the entire island! First, the check-in process was super fast. They provide pickup and drop-off services, and staff respond to messages very promptly. I've stayed at many more expensive hotels and guesthouses, but truly feel their service isn't as good as this one. Especially when we changed room types, they could clearly remember who was who, and proactively moved our luggage to the new room without requiring us to check in again. The entire guesthouse is thoughtfully designed with distinctive personal touches. The complimentary gift is a sturdy, practical umbrella and bag. The beach loungers really make you want to lie down and relax. The restaurant's dishes with green onion, ginger, and spicy flavors are just as good as outdoor food stalls. If you don't feel like going out, you can eat there for several days. All three meals can be delivered to your room, and the free afternoon tea and evening porridge are quite nice. This time I came with family, so we experienced two different room types.

I went to Weizhou Island with my husband and stayed at the Rensheng Hotel, the same one as Yu Shuxin’s! I couldn't help but scream as soon as I opened the door. This perspective is so amazing! The room's infinity pool seems to be cast by magic, blending perfectly with the sea level. The most important thing is that there are few people and beautiful scenery! The glass sea is so clear that you can see the shells on the bottom of the water. At sunset, the whole sky is as charming as orange soda.
