But it wasn't an obstacle to our travel because the view along the way with our best friend was enough. If anyone comes to visit Labuan Bajo, don't forget to rent a motorcycle to ride. The boat was much smaller than the one in the tour information, the guide was a girl who didn't speak much English and it made no difference whether she was there or not, we were almost charged the island entrance fee twice, but we managed to avoid this with the help of the other tour passengers, and the two boys operating the boat did their best. Although there were many differences from the information, I was satisfied overall♪ We were able to fully achieve our goal of seeing the Komodo dragon, and thanks to the boy, we also saw a manta ray! We stayed in the private room on the upper deck and it was pretty comfortable overall despite the lack of air con. Didn't feel stuffy as it was well ventilated. Food was great throughout. I flew about an hour east from Bali to Ara Labuan Bajo. Komodo Island is nearby. I went to a cafe called "mimamori cafe" for breakfast. It opens at 6:30am and you can eat the breakfast shown in the first picture for about 700 yen. The best thing about it is that you can customize your own breakfast. You can choose from the type of bread, protein menu, side dish, dessert menu, and vitamin menu. Last week I visited Labuan Bajo in Flores, Indonesia. I took one day trip to Komodo National Park. It only costed me 1.4 million rupiah or about 100USD. The scenery was amazing. I went snorkling in 2 different spots, actually they offered 4 spots but I was too tired to explore. One of these spots would enable you to see the manta-ray which very rare to be seen. I also had a chance to see Komodo dragon in Komodo island. You don't have to worry since the tour guide always ensure your safety. They said as long as you didn't get too close you would be okay. In addition, the people were so humble and friendly. They knew I was a solo traveler but they never did anything bad to me. Instead, they always tried to help me. It was unforgettable journey in my life. I barely found tourist scam and I felt safe going anywhere by myself there. No cat calling at all. Lastly, I was amazed on how the tour guide giving their best to get me nice photos. I highly appreciated their service here. Most people like to bring their children and grandchildren to play or some people go to eat dinner. It looks warm. The area is quite large. There are a lot of people watching. If you cut across to the opposite side, you can see Hong Ngao Waterfall. It is very beautiful with water flowing down.
