Rating: I accidentally discovered a mushroom vendor on the big bend on the way to Muxinquan from Xinshe District. At first I was attracted by the eye-catching sign and easy parking. I just want to buy some mushrooms to make soup at home! After the boss introduced it to me, I learned that some dried mushrooms can be eaten directly and taste like biscuits. I realized that I had learned something new. Of course, the store also sells seasoned mushrooms for retail, in addition to the common vegetarian lamb (shiitake mushroom stems), there are also king oyster mushrooms and small shiitake mushrooms. The taste is also good. 100 yuan per pack. Although I don’t come here often, because every time I buy mushrooms, it takes a long time to cook them before they are all used up. But every time I think of buying mushrooms, I will make a special trip here. Shiitake mushrooms are mainly sold by weight, and each bag has a clear price tag on it. There is no starting price available. You can weigh it according to your needs.
I don’t know how many times I’ve come here, but I suddenly thought of ordering a mushroom meal here. I ordered mixed fried mushrooms (70 yuan), grilled mushroom sausage (40 yuan), mushroom meatball soup (60 yuan), stir-fried cabbage (120 yuan), and braised tender tofu (160 yuan). The price is about the same as the 100 yuan hot stir-fry. Except for the sausage which I personally felt was too dry, everything else was good. The fried mushrooms are crispy and not greasy, the meatball soup is solid and standard, the cabbage is sweet, and the most recommended is the braised tofu, which has a hint of ginger and vinegar and a little sweetness from the addition of sugar. It goes well with rice. I even think that ordering a plate of tofu with white rice would be enough for a meal.
