Very friendly and accomodating staff. Excellent breakfast. It would be nice to have a small frig and ability to make hot water in the room. There was a strong cleaning fluid smell in the room.

The room was supposed to be a smoke-free room but had the odor of cigarettes. The only time I saw housekeeping was on the third day of my four night stay. Otherwise location was great and the room was clean. And the price was right

GGuest UserHad a great experience here. Rooms were clean and nice to stay in. Came with a refrigerator. Check in was fast. Breakfast was a typical cereal, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee. Eggs and bacon too. Check in was fast and efficient. Location is perfect if you are taking the ferry out of Oaks Bluff.

KKeiko ParkThis hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.
