Excellent value for money, relaxing and great ambiance. The staff are all so friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the dinner time staff at the restaurant. David was so friendly, he was the reason we kept eating at the restaurant instead of going out.

The service is good here and the food here also is good. The breakfast had a lot of options. And near the center. Here is really convenient.

The location is good, there is a cable car station within a few minutes of walking, although the location is not in the most lively street, but there is a shopping mall restaurant next to it, and sleeping at night will not be as noisy as in the downtown area, so I am very satisfied with this point. The room is very large, there is a living room and a kitchenette. For 4 people, the luggage can be spread out. It is very good. The only bad thing is to tell us that there are 4 bottles of water, but there is only one bottle up. I called to say that I would make it up to us, but until we checked out, the water was not sent up, small deductions

Staff service and service is excellent. Airport transfer is available, and the fare is cheaper: directly to the driver in the suit. The flight we left was 06:00, asked the staff if they could arrange transportation, the reply was 03:25, the driver picked you up at the hotel, and the breakfast box would be arranged. The fare was the same as in the daytime. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and had a buffet, a lunch and a dinner of high quality and good environment.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and breakfast. I was so satisfied that I'd love to stay here again.

ドライヤーあり。地味に嬉しい。 レセプションの対応が良い(スペイン語)。 清潔感ある、広々とした部屋だった。あの値段でこのレベルはだいぶ有り難かった。 朝とお昼はレストランがあるため、追加でお金を払ってそこで食事することもできる。美味しかった。 飛行機の時間の都合で深夜にタクシーを手配してもらうように頼んだが、快く引き受けてくれたし、タクシーの料金も事前に教えてくれた。(しかも割高とかではなく、現地の人曰く相場くらい=100ボリ。)

This is my favorite accommodation during my trip to South America. They refill the water every day. I also paid for a massage. (It's a gentle lymphatic massage rather than a strong pressure massage.) You can use the sauna, fitness center, and swimming pool for free. (The swimming pool was even better because it was a heated pool.) The breakfast was also very delicious.

Five-star recommended hotel. Newly renovated, the bedding is very comfortable. I had high reflexes as soon as I landed at the airport. I took oxygen at the airport. The staff who picked me up at the hotel waited for me for a long time. They helped me carry my backpack and buy anti-high reflex medicine from the drug store. On the way back to the hotel, they looked back from time to time to check on my condition. When I arrived at the hotel early, they helped me check in for free and provided me with oxygen for free. When I tried to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM, my bank card was swallowed. When I went to the bank to withdraw cash the next day, the front desk kindly printed a small note explaining the situation in Spanish for me. She was so considerate. Will come again!

The room was very clean and cozy, and the view from the room and restaurant was very beautiful! After sightseeing, I walked back from the center at night, but at night there were few people around and it was a little scary to walk alone (I didn't see any danger).
