Due to the weather, my friend went to the hotel first. I contacted the staff beforehand, and they kindly prepared the room for my friend and turned on the air conditioning. It was snowing heavily in Wuhan that day, and the temperature dropped significantly at night, so my friend really appreciated the hotel's service, saying, ”A hotel with excellent service!” It's not my first time staying here. The only minor downside is that the room doesn't have a mini-fridge. The main reason I choose this hotel is its proximity to Hankou Railway Station. The room's cleanliness and facilities are very good. Although traveling was difficult because of the snow, the distance wasn't too far, and the staff patiently offered various transportation options.

This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

I absolutely loved the service and amenities at the Shangri-La Wuhan! Both times I requested extra water, a razor, and other items from room service, they responded in about 5 minutes. The room was clean and spacious, and I especially liked the long desk! All the electrical appliances were spotless, clearly designed with safety and cleanliness in mind. For example, the electric kettle's power cord can be neatly rolled into a hidden compartment in its base. The ironing board and iron were also very easy to use. Overall, I appreciate the service and facilities of the well-established Shangri-La brand. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lotion had that familiar citrus scent. This time, the razor handle was actually bamboo, which was a nice touch, and it even came with a small can of shaving foam! The indicator lights in the elevator lobby were very clear, and when an elevator arrived, there was not only a red light but also a bell sound, so you'd never have trouble finding which of the six elevators had arrived. Very user-friendly! Most importantly, the value for money is exceptional! Thumbs up! 👍

The hygiene and cleanliness were exceptionally good, clearly adhering to high standards. The hotel itself is great, and our room even offered views of the city's landmarks. All the staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our butler was also very attentive and thoughtful. GGuest User 2025.10.31
It was a very pleasant trip to Xiangyang, and the InterContinental Hotel left us with wonderful memories. The hotel has a great location, situated in the southwest corner outside the ancient city, about a 20-minute taxi ride from Xiangyang East Railway Station, making it convenient to reach the ancient city, Gulongzhong, and Tang City. The hotel is designed in a Chinese garden style, with a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the attached courtyard is unique. The rooms have a coffee machine with a variety of complimentary capsule coffees, which taste quite good. The breakfast was plentiful, including Xiangyang's specialty—brown sugar potstickers. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and there was also a sauna. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. Special praise goes to Ms. Shi Yixuan at the front desk; she even gave each of us a small gift upon check-out. Next time I visit Xiangyang, I will definitely choose to stay at the InterContinental Xiangyang again.

Came to Wuhan for the New Year's Day holiday and chose this Sheraton in Hankou. We smoothly checked in after taking a taxi directly from Yellow Crane Tower in the evening. The pool temperature was just right, and it wasn't crowded at night, plus you could use the sauna – very comfortable. I went to the gym at 6:30 AM and found a few gentlemen already burning calories on the treadmills and elliptical trainers, full of youthful energy! Check-out was also very convenient, and it was easy to get a taxi right outside. A big shout-out to Manager Jenny, who was incredibly thoughtful with everything from booking and check-in to post-departure follow-up! A delightful two-day trip to Wuhan!

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Ddwq1027I stayed at the Atour Hotel on Jianghan Road for three nights during my four-day trip to Wuhan. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to Exit H of Jianghan Road Station on Metro Line 2. You just step out, and there's the Ping An Building with dedicated elevators (14 or 15) that take you straight to the 56th-floor front desk. My room was on the 51st-55th floor, offering an incredibly expansive view. The front desk even upgraded me to a river-view room for free! The room itself was spacious, and the smart speaker, Xiaodu, could handle all sorts of voice commands. You can see the Yangtze River right from your room, and the night view is stunning. The service was very prompt and friendly. It's just a few minutes' walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and getting to Yellow Crane Tower and Li Huangpi Road is super convenient. The metro takes about an hour to the airport and an hour to the Optics Valley Sky Rail. Overall, I highly recommend it!

GGuest User## Review **Ambiance:** Excellent. **Service:** Outstanding! Absolutely impeccable, everyone was incredibly thoughtful. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Facilities:** The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! We booked both the 180-degree and 270-degree executive rooms, and both were fantastic. The river view was lovely, and the panoramic views were superb. The shower had great water pressure. **Executive Lounge Privileges:** Definitely worth it. The desserts in the lounge were exquisite and delicious, and the evening drinks were also very good. **Breakfast:** Quite ordinary; I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it. **Lunch:** We tried the Hong Kong-style buffet at Cui Xiang, which was pretty good and offered great value for money. We also ordered their拌面 (mixed noodles) with fried egg and rice wine in our room, and it was unexpectedly delicious. **Location:** Very convenient. Li Huangpo Road is right downstairs, and it's about a 1.2 km walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, so a taxi ride is very cheap. Getting to Yellow Crane Tower, Gude Temple, or the Provincial Museum takes about 25 minutes by taxi, costing around 16 RMB. Overall, highly recommended! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I revisit Wuhan!

SSun111111Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

KkillymikeQuanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

EEthan Matthew HuntI came from Canada due to my business trip, this is absolutely A Hidden Gem That Outshines Even the Hilton Below! I had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Wuhan Hanyang Beike Hotel—this place is a masterpiece of modern hospitality. If you’re looking for luxury without breaking the bank, look no further. Let’s start with the view: from my room, I had a breathtaking panorama of the Yangtze River, with a front-row seat to Wuhan’s cyberpunk-style skyline. The glowing bridges—including the Yingwuzhou Yangtze River Bridge, Yangsigang Bridge, and Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge—light up the night like something out of a sci-fi movie. To top it off, you can even spot the historic Yellow Crane Tower, blending the ancient with the ultramodern in a way that’s visually stunning and emotionally moving. The interior design of the hotel is unbelievably sleek and luxurious—we’re talking five-star finishes, modern lighting, spotless wood flooring, elegant furniture, and a spa-like bathroom that feels straight out of a high-end design magazine. It’s the kind of place that makes you stop and say, “Wow,” the moment you walk in. I’ve stayed at the Hilton, located just downstairs, and while it’s fine, Beike Hotel blows it out of the water in terms of value, design, and overall experience. You’re getting a top-tier, modern boutique stay at a fraction of the cost. The staff, especially the warm and professional Ms. Liu, were incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind—service was impeccable. If you’re a traveler who appreciates unique experiences, luxury on a budget, and a fusion of futuristic style with rich cultural heritage, this is THE hotel to book in Wuhan. I can’t recommend it enough. I will definitely return, and when I do, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else.
