The overall feeling is pretty good👍The appearance of the hotel is very grand, the lobby also has a European style building, the rooms are also very comfortable with windows to the outside, and the mattresses are comfortable to sleep on😌🛏️The facilities have a swimming pool in B1🏊♂️Children's playroom🤹🏻🧸, parking is available There are not enough seats, so you need to park in a paid parking lot outside🅿️

Beautiful hotel with excellent amenities for everyone! Hot spring in room was definitely an added bonus… Breakfast and Dinner buffets was one of the best I’ve had this trip with huge selection of quality produce. Thank you for an amazing restful trip!

Provides free shuttle to/from KaoHsiung ZuoYing Station. Comfortable room.  Excellent facilities with family activities centre. Good for families. Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast.  Value for money

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

Great value for what is offered. The location is not near the city center, but a good retreat in a quiet area. Great hospitality, everyone was so cordial, and good breakfast buffet. The rec center was cool. Must bring own toiletries but you can ask for robe, extra towels, etc.

The location is great. However the sound proofing isn’t the best. We requested higher floor and quieter corner. But we can clearly heard next door neighbor screaming and their kids running throughout the night. Would not recommend it again as the price we pay didn’t meet our expectation.

Stay for three nights,too early to check in when we got there, got free snacks and drinks at the poolside bar while we waited. Room is huge and staffs are friendly and helpful. Closed to light rail station and most attractions.

AJ Hotel is co-located in an office and commercial building which provides a close proximity (few mins walking distance) to the high speed rail station. It provided me with good access to the offices around, industrial visits as well as connectivity to Taipei and Taiyuan airport. Number one choice for me when travelling on business to Hsingchu area. Only downside is not much entertainment nearby which is not my point of focus.
