"This hotel is super convenient, just two bus stops from Munich Airport, and the ticket is only 2 euros. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is nice. There aren't many amenities in the room, but it's perfectly sufficient for a layover. Getting to the city center is also easy: just walk through the parking lot behind the hotel, cross the pedestrian bridge over the highway, and you're at the light rail station."

"Overall, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine and pleasant. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and gives a tidy and organized impression from the moment you arrive. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. Housekeeping clearly does a good job, and the general standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and professional, and whenever I had a small question, the staff was approachable and willing to help. This created a welcoming atmosphere and made the stay feel easy and relaxed. That said, there are a few points that were disappointing and felt unnecessary. Not offering any complimentary coffee, even in common areas or in the room, is surprising nowadays. For a hotel of this standard, a simple free coffee would be a small gesture that guests really appreciate, especially in the morning. Even more frustrating was the charge for parking. Asking guests to pay for parking feels quite cheeky, considering that there are plenty of places to park for free all around the hotel. Knowing that free parking is easily available nearby makes the paid parking option feel unjustified and more like an extra way to charge guests rather than a real necessity. In summary, the hotel itself is good, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is genuinely nice and professional. However, the lack of free coffee and the additional parking fee leave a slightly negative impression and take away from an otherwise solid experience. With a bit more guest-friendly thinking in these areas, this hotel could easily offer a much better overall stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sauna was excellent and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!"

"Clean and hygienic, booked triple room, in fact, there are 4 beds, free parking is very convenient; there is 263 bus to the subway at the door, downloading an APP to buy tickets is very convenient!"

"Location and amenities are nice but front office staff is in a weird state. The first guy who checked us in looked rather disheveled. You could literally look through the shirt that was also messy to begin with. One guy during night shift seemed cold towards guests and was not inclined to be helpful while the two ladies during early shift put their priority on looking at TikToks and whatnot right infront of guests. Being casual is one thing but making guests feel like an afterthought might be pushing it. If there is a front office manager they might want to rethink how things are handled. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were professional and welcoming."

"The hotel has its best years behind it. The reception is friendly, lifts are available. The rooms are visually old, spots on the wooden furniture, bathroom old, but working, with bathtub. Balcony and doors with old mechanics, but two worked without mistake. Balcony with 2 chairs and tables to the street. The swimming pool is large, access to the outdoor, but unfortunately it opens only at 12.00 hour. The sauna area also has a retro-charme, but is generous designed. The restaurant at night has an outdoor area under trees. Unfortunately, we had to wait for an hour until our food arrived. We had cards for the festive games and therefore not forever. Breakfast is very rich and also offers lactose-intolerant yoghurt. Parking fee is € 5."

"Almost all staff members can speak Russian. We were checked in quickly; there was a room mix-up, but it was resolved fast. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room's condition wasn't the best; we found dust on surfaces, and the magnetic strip on the shower door was cracked. However, everything generally worked, the bedding and towels were clean, and the toiletries were nice. A small kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and cups were all included."
