"Staff was friendly and accommodating, the place is an easy walk from Mainz Hbf so train and local amenities are near, room was warm, I had a queen room but they use two singles put together which I felt was strange as you can only really sleep on one side but it was comfortable to sleep, room isn't quiet, the trains are near the hotel so early morning it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the people in the rooms next to you, I had a guy with the deepest snore next to me it was like the room was vibrating, if you are a deep sleeper then its perfect otherwise light sleepers might have trouble."

"The hotel rooms are on opposite sides of a street. We were assigned a room on the other side of the street, which required going up to the second floor from the lobby, crossing an elevated walkway, and then walking all the way to the end of the corridor. It felt like a workout every day."
