Столкнулся с хамством администратора на стойке регистрации, конкретно Анастасии Лариной. Человек видимо пытался показать свою компетентность или значимость. Суть вопроса - я езжу по всей России и во всех гостиницах принимают постояльцев по загранпаспорту. Анастасия очень активно доказывала мне почему она меня не заселит, не давая мне выразить своё мнение. На моё замечание, что не нужно меня перебивать и по правилам делового этикета нужно выслушать клиента, она продолжала разговаривать со мной одновременно, перебивая меня даже тогда, когда мы с другими сотрудниками решали этот вопрос. В итоге меня заселили, но желания рекомендовать поселиться в этой гостинице у меня нет. Хотя номер был чист, правда кондиционер не работал, а просто дул воздухом комнатной температуры. Еда средняя, без изюминки, хорошая, но никаких блюд от шефа.

We praised this hotel very much and we decided to come here. I was upset by the service. I had to ask for extra towels for the second guest, although the booking was for two. We booked a room with 2 separate beds as a result we were settled in a room with a two-bedroom. The room did not close the door to the toilet, the refrigerator did not work, and the pillows were just disgusting. Even in hotels below the category such is not offered to guests: the cocktails of the watt, sleeping is terrible inconvenient. Dear guidance of the hotel, note, people are settled in the hotel just to sleep, not just to throw things somewhere. Your 4 stars are in line with content Full disappointment, I do not recommend. From the pluses, in the room clean and delicious breakfasts, but it didn 't save.

房間很大，設施也齊全，早飯種類也挺多，性價比很高。

I like everything. I brought a windowless room, a designer, a beautiful sauna and a swimming pool. I have never tried the soundproofing effect of the kitchen. Very clean and comfortable room.

Hotel near the Kremlin. There are lots of parking spaces. The staff is very polite and attentive to the guests. A nice cozy room in Provan style. Great breakfast. We liked it very much! Thank you)

Отель хороший. Недалеко от центра. Что порадовало - напор воды отличный. Можно записаться в бассейн.

Excellent hotel, large room, high ceilings. Breakfast is wonderful. It is in the center, to the Kremlin 10 minutes walk.

Very pleasant hotel. There are all necessary in the room: a small refrigerator, a teapot, slippers. In the bathroom: not only gel and soap, but also a single toothbrush and pasta. There is enough hangers for clothes and a boot for shoes. For me, there weren't very comfortable pillows, but it's more like habits. Bed linen and towels of good quality. The air conditioner worked well and was delighted with its location as it was far from bed and could be left on for the night without risking getting up with a sickle. Breakfast was not ordered as the hotel is full of cafes in step-by-step access.

Останавливались с сыном на одну ночь. Жили в номере Стандарт. Номер чистый, есть холодильник, чайник, стаканы и прочая мелочь. Большая ванная комната, тоже чистая полным комплектом полотенец. Тапочки за отдельную плату (100 р). В стоимость номера включен завтрак по системе шведский стол - вполне приемлемо. Из минусов - нет кондея. Но погода была не особо жаркая, поэтому с открытым окном было комфортно. В общем, за 3000 рублей вполне отличный бюджетный вариант. Рекомендую.
