Divan Hotel is very nice Hotel to stay in Mersin. Beautiful view and delicious breakfast. All service here pleasant. Also Mrs. Catalina and Mr Tarik a professional. I like here very much.

The friendly staff but they don't speak English or other language have charged me twice in the night and have wrong in the bill and I'm still waiting No communication

Fantastic stay at Mersin Hilton! The hotel is right by the sea, offering stunning views. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant had a great variety of delicious food, including an amazing buffet. However, despite the temperature reaching 28-29°C, the rooms were still set to winter mode, so the air conditioning was not available. Other than that, everything was great. Highly recommended!

The overall environment is OK, quite satisfied, the front desk English is not good, the invoice is not issued, the reminder has not been given.

The staff were very friendly. There are many restaurants and amenities around, and there are taxi stops, so it was comfortable to take the airport bus. Breakfast was delicious and very good value for money.

The settlement took place only in the third shown number, cleaning daily, in the rooms very clean, thanks to the staff of cleaning. On the service of the bar when contacting the Internet, the question was decided only half an hour later, as the standard entry by the passport/number of the number did not work. The double impression of the hotel - very clean and at the same time on the respiratory work not very rushed staff

The hotel and staff itself are great. Nothing is too much hassle. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The main issue is the location however. Really not a nice part of the city I’m afraid and it’s about a 20 minute walk to anything approaching civilization. Other than that a really great hotel😜

The hotel is a modern, beautiful room, we had a sea view. The hotel service is very nice and helpful. The only thing you can attach to is the loud street on which the hotel stands.
