Hotels With Pools in Sal, Cape Verde

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que para el país en el que estamos está perfecto. Nosotros solo reservamos con desayuno para poder hacer más actividades pero no sé si ofrece la opción de todo incluido. Personal muy amable y atento, habitaciones con aire acondicionado y minibar. Cruzas la calle y está la playa, relación calidad precio un poco elevada para el tipo de hotel pero recomendable. Desayuno de calidad y variado con tortillas y huevos fritos hechos en directo

Location and staff where great but willing to exchange money and give chance in euros is causing problems .. the room had handles fooling off the drawers and whole on the duvet cover FOOD apart of breakfast food is VERRY poor and unimaginative… the fish restaurant was ok but it could be Great with a little training and better selection of menu and opening earlier in the morning

Posto storico e rinomato, molto bella la posizione (anche se beach club troppo affollato e poca privacy) ma assolutamente decadente e non degno delle 4 stelle… le camere hanno letti piccoli e sono molto vecchie con frigoriferi rumorosi. Ristorante La Tortue molto buono e con visuale incredibile. La colazione scadente ed il servizio di reception sebbene molto gentile ha difficoltà con i sistemi di prenotazione. Anche la connessione wi-fi va e viene. Lo consiglierei per i ristoranti ma non per dormirci

Nice location, close to the center, close to the beach and restaurants, very clean, don't hesitate to run the water a little, to have hot water (it's not eco-friendly!, but it works), very well-stocked buffet breakfast!, coffee is decent, however, the fruit juice is rather average, the room is spacious, as is the bathroom, the comfort, from the bed, is perfect, and a calm reigns (pool side!), ideal for having a good rest!, for those who have chosen, with the meals, it's okay for the price of the whole thing, for other budgets, the ideal is breakfast, and bakeries are nearby, as well as a mini-market (decent prices), the bar is good, and the cocktails are great (decent prices). Overall, it's good in general, for those who want more, just put your hand in your wallet!!

Понравились вечерние мероприятия: белая вечеринка, живая музыка, танцы. Очень хорошо организовано. Правда на вечеринке музыка слабовата, хотелось бы получше. Еда всегда в доступе, для этого работают два буфета. Выбор может быть и не сильно большой и изо дня у день однообразный , но все очень вкусно! И всегда есть что поесть. Пляж приятный, лежаков много. Белый песок перемешан с черным вулканическим, очень необычно. Минус пляжа - он находится не совсем на территории отеля. По пути к пляжу пристает очень много продавцов экскурсий и всего подряд. Но в целом нормально.

The wallpapers were not changed throughout the stay. The shower door was absent.  No hot water . Small screws on the draps. In sum, the trip was average 

The hotel is very well located and has a very good buffet. The animation and workers are very helpful. The hotel is a little old but it is very good

Melia Hotel is divided into Melia Dunas and Sol Dunas, both of which belong to Melia. In the same place, the facilities are shared one after the other, but Sol guests can go to Melia for dining and vice versa. The hotels are all white. There are no descent, it can be said that almost all the hotels in Cape Verde are like this, and most of them are white elderly couples, not many young people, singles are not, and you do n’t need to think about looking for a chance. The room is large and comfortable, the disadvantage is that there are many mosquitoes. After check out, you can still enjoy all the facilities and have a bathroom and a dressing room. One price all-inclusive buffet type is OK, not a lot. The service is very good, you have to answer questions. More recommended hotel near Santa Maria Beach in the south, it's so beautiful!

The hotel is not bad, but hot tea for dinner and dinner can only be taken in a bar, and the buffet on the Swedish table can not be ordered from the waiters. And in general, the diversity of food is not enough, although from what is there - everything is delicious. You walk there around and don't know what to put, that both tasty and useful and not uniform and eventually a semi-empty plate. But here is a great beach! Many swimming pools! A great animation! Evening events!

We stayed in this hotel for only two nights, and the experience was disappointing as we arrived. With outer temperatures of about 29 degrees, we quickly found that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Unfortunately, one of my friends was sick, victim of the tourist (catched elsewhere), and had to stay in this stunning room. When I mentioned the problem with the staff, they just put their hand on air conditioning to make sure it worked ”normally”. It was unacceptable not to benefit from all the facilities, but they did not show any willingness to find a solution. I tried to bear this unsustainable heat, but in the middle of the night I couldn't bear anymore. The hotel was completely complete and then offered two rooms, ”as by magic”. But I had to return the keys from the morning. Later, they called a technician who checked the installation and assured me that he was ”cold” in the room. However, even after having left the air conditioning operation at 16 degrees for 24 hours, The room was still stunning. This experience has clearly highlighted the lack of professionalism and a poor management of problems. No practical solution has been proposed, except for a possible fan... which has never been brought. It is really sad to live such an experience for the last days of our stay in Cape Verde, especially after choosing this hotel because of its many praiseful comments. The hotel is very nice and very comfortable and it is very nice to get a good price.
