The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The household was done every day, but it left to desire: hair in the shower, forgotten to renew some hygiene products despite their use the evening, and dust on the hair during the entire stay without being cleaned one - What?
The reception service was provided with shoes and slippers to access the spa. The shoes were received only two days later, despite several relaunches, which shows a lack of reactivity.
The breakfast was correct and varied enough to start the day. However, every morning it was necessary to wait about 25 minutes to get a simple orange juice pressed in addition.
The hot and private pool is a very positive point, but the jacuzzi was in trouble during the whole stay, which is a pity.
The location of the hotel is pleasant, with many restaurants and shops at the foot of the hotel, making the stay even more practical and sympathetic
The room environment and security are very good. You will be required to go through security checks when entering the hotel gate, and vehicles will also undergo explosion-proof checks when entering the security area. However, most of the hotel buffets are bread (although this is the case in many hotels). The hotel does not allow outside food to be brought in.
I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.
I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance.
There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us.
Other services were fine.
For breakfast, although there wasn't a lot of variety, there were several types of Algerian sweets that I enjoyed. The bread was also delicious.
The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.

I booked a room as a non Muslim during Ramadan and I was able to have room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and good security.
