We booked this apartment on the booking website a month before the trip, and they immediately indicated that we were planning a honeymoon. Before the trip, I indicated a week in advance that we would arrive at a certain time. When we arrived at the complex, the apartment was not yet ready, although I wrote in advance that we would arrive at 16:00... Manager Mikhail assured us that everything would be ready at 17:00. As a result, we only checked in at 17:30. They immediately turned on the air conditioner and saw that it was leaking, they reported this to the “operational” chat and personally to Mikhail. We were advised not to turn it on too low a temperature 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦‍♂️, ok we turned it on to 25 - it still leaks.. the next day we went to room 603, to the agency itself that rented this apartment to us, they told us that the TV and The air conditioner will be repaired today, ok, we believe it. In fact, in the evening the situation did not change, I had to go to them again and swear, in the end the TV was repaired, the air conditioner was still leaking. But our request for relocation was answered unequivocally: there are no such numbers... the most interesting thing is that the chat is open from 10 to 19 (but we had to wait more than a day for an answer), and at the reception of the complex they cannot help in any way, since the apartment belongs to a private person... 💆🏼‍♂️ They asked for cleaning for 2 days... What is the result: The air conditioner was leaking throughout the week, the TV was fixed after 2 days, the cleaning was done only after some requests. A meager set of dishes (2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 teaspoons, 1 dull kitchen knife, a board, a frying pan and a saucepan, a falling spatula) Insane indifference of the employees of the “Grand city real estate” agency towards guests, dirty rooms, some stains on the walls, bed linen in pellets, dirty shower, burnt curtains, broken toilet seat (fixed after 2 days), only full cleaning was done once a week, including changing towels and taking out the trash. On a positive note, we were given a bottle of wine and a box of Rafaelo (since we are newlyweds) but after 4 days and reminders (I followed the principle, since upon check-in Mikhail himself said that we would receive a gift)!! I strongly do not recommend booking an Apartment through this agency!! Private individuals rent out the same apartments much cheaper (~120 GEL per day), but we paid 210 GEL per day. Or book through the complex itself

We were in Hotel “welmond” with friends, we have liked everything, staff was great , especially Guja. He gave maximal information about everything and supported us in all directions. View was also good and location.

very clean hotel with wounderful staff. location is super with a garden and lake on one side and another garden and beach with boulivard walk on the other side. staff was so nice specifically Tina the manager was very helpful with a big smile and Solome from Pelion restaurand was always ready to help. Special thans to Avto from Reception who spares no effort to help, he even exceeded his work boundary to help us arrange tours outside Batumi, thank you so much Avto.

The room is quite big, and it looks like a decent four-star hotel. The staff are very willing to help. However, the soundproofing of the hotel is not very good, whether it is the sound from the street or the sound from the next room. The breakfast is not very cost-effective, but the day I left The packed breakfast is delicious

The hotel has a strategic location and the rooms are very spacious. Although they are a bit old, they are fully equipped and are warm and comfortable to stay in during the winter. It is worth recommending that the breakfast here is excellent. Not only is it rich in variety and delicious, the owner and staff are also very hospitable. They will serve guests with good wine and the coffee tastes great. The restaurant located on the top floor has a wide view, and you can go up to the rooftop platform through the spiral staircase to enjoy the scenery. This is a hotel I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

The Sky Tower is a 5-star hotel But it really didn't serve as much as two stars. Breakfast and service was very poor,the paint of the room was spilled in several places. The A/C had a problem and it didn’t work, the service said because one of the room in the same floor decrease the temperature less than 20C and the whole system of floor becomes out of service. The smell of toilet was terrible and the toilet fan didn’t work, We had to open the window for the whole time but the funny thing was the hinge of the window was corrupted and we used water bottle to keep it open. The first day, when we arrived we asked for safety box, the hotel sent someone to fix it. When he came to our room to fix it HE ASKED ME TO BRING HIM A CHAIR because he wanted to sit down for 20 seconds. The housekeeping was poor and the staffs are not friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location and view. It was a terrible experience as a five stat hotel.

I have stayed at bestwest hotels in other countries, which are shortcuts, but this one in Batumi is a high-end series, more luxurious, very cost-effective, good location, adjacent to the Black Sea, has its own parking lot, and there are many fruits for breakfast, just opposite Courtyard Hotel.

We stayed in a standard room, everything was according to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The hotel has just opened, so the renovation and furniture are new. The staff is nice, the view from the window to the lake was amazing. I think in terms of price and quality, this hotel in Batumi will be the best.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi. The receptionist, Demetre, was not only helpful and welcoming but also showcased his talent as a DJ. He played Indian/Hindi club music upon our special request, which added a unique touch to our stay and created a fun and lively atmosphere. The stunning views surrounding the hotel were simply breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation and enjoyment. The spa and swimming pool facilities at Ambassadori Goderdzi were top-notch. I indulged in some pampering at the spa, and the swimming pool offered a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge during my stay. The only slight shortfall was that there were no open restaurants after 10 pm. However, I understand that this was due to the offseason and limited guest numbers. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience at Ambassadori Goderdzi was exceptional. I highly recommend Ambassadori Goderdzi for its friendly and talented staff, stunning views, and excellent spa and swimming pool facilities. It is a wonderful destination for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The overall stay experience is still great. The price/performance ratio is also relatively high. Take a hundred meters to get to the beach. There is a bathtub, and the water is still quite hot. Breakfast is very rich, get up early every morning to have breakfast. Equipped with a red wine glass, praise it😊

Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !

Pros: -convenient location (on the beach, on the outskirts - there are no hotels nearby, therefore few people), the view from the windows is wonderful -very polite, friendly and helpful staff, and all of them - security, maids, receptionists, waiters. You are great! The staff is the heart of any hotel. -the view from the rooms is gorgeous, the area is well-kept, the construction does not interfere. -high-quality materials, competent construction There is only one minus for me - a hole of 10-15 cm on the balcony, a child may not fall, since there is a rope, but he will break his leg, hanging there. There are no other minuses, but there are some things that I would like to draw the management's attention to (maybe someone will not notice this, but I noticed it due to my professional activities): - they do not provide foot towels, they removed them the first time, and they did not bring them again, although they are exactly what you need with the shower and their replacement. - if the hotel positions itself as 5 stars, then there should be all the cosmetics and slippers, and not just soap and shampoo (but I assume that 5 * will be officially after the completion of the construction of other buildings) - they hung a do not disturb sign at lunch for two hours, then hung a remove sign - no one cleaned it until 2 days later when we contacted the reception, I understand that the maids do not always see, but they can pass by again after lunch when people go to the beach - in a hotel by the sea this would be logical. - our bed linen was changed only the day before departure😁 - there are a lot of dogs in Kobuleti, and accordingly on the beach. I love them very much, but not on the beach. When you are sitting with a child, and they are here nearby and squabbling with each other. I would like a private beach in such a hotel, which would be monitored. Again, I repeat, these are not some critical minuses. We had a good rest, we liked the hotel, we liked the staff, if you look at it in general, everything is great!
