Dreamland Oasis Hotel

The hotel is good, but the breakfast is served in a crowed environment, and hope that next time the hotel will served the breakfast in a less crowed place. I paid my hotel to TRIP COM and TRIP has provided me with a check that contains lunches and dinners, while the hotel receptionist at Dreamland Oasis Hotel in Georgia told me that only breakfast included. Since then I have in touch with TRIP Support for clarifications, but my request has not yet been resolved and it has last for 2 days, and TRIP Support has not yet resolved my request!!! I have been a member of TRIP for some many years, and now with the support that I have been offered, and I start to consider leaving TRIP COM

1. Let’s focus on the sea view suites It is 60 square meters and has two bathrooms. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The bedroom and living room each have a balcony. You can go out and enjoy the scenery, but they are not facing the sea view (the sea view can only be seen through the window) There is a football field, a beach volleyball field, and a beach soccer field by the sea. The price of a 7-a-side football field is astonishingly low: 50 lari per hour, equivalent to RMB 130. What surprised me even more was that several stadiums were brightly lit all night long. There are still people playing football after a few o'clock 2. The curtains on both sides of the bedroom cannot be tightened, so natural light will come in in the morning. However, Batumi is only dimly lit at 8 o'clock in the morning. 3. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA on the first floor My wife went to the gym for two days and I went for a massage. I looked at the massage packages. There were more than ten or twenty. I felt dizzy. The back massage cost half an hour and cost 465 yuan. The technique and effect were very good, but I was half-bald. Uncle... 4. Finally, let’s talk about the front desk service. The front desk efficiency of hotels in Georgia is very low, but this hotel is not only low, but also stupid. I told the girl about two rooms, she was ok, and then gave me a room card. He said everything is OK, but then he forgot to give me his passport. The whole process was like a primary school student, but the service attitude was always very good, with a smile on his face, and I was too embarrassed to complain...

I had a very nice experience while checking in as i had two separate booking and i do not want to go in hassle of check in and out and have complete stay at one room , but the Supervisor in the front desk ( David Phutkaradze ) was humble and polite to meet my requirement with a smile in his face and give me multiple option and better recommendation to choose , he reflected what i call unique customer experience with the best quality . thanks to him and because of that i will recommend the hotel to others

Excellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

You could enjoy the spectacular sea view if you were assigned the room facing the sea. Easily accessible and you could find everything you needed nearby. Breakfast were simple but great. I have to thank you for the breakfast provider because I had to catch the flight early in the morning, and the breakfast arrived punctually, thanks. Room facilities were very new and clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The sea is nearby, and there are many cafes. Breakfasts are delicious, they cooked khachapuri, soups, eggs, the only minus is that coffee is paid, but there was instant coffee and tea. Gorgeous view from the window - the sea. You drink instant coffee and a croissant, when you have such a view from the window you forgot that the coffee is instant 😁 there were also alcoholic drinks for breakfast.
Radisson Blu Hotel, Batumi

The room is almost a semi-suite room. Good location, good price, and excellent value for money. I've stayed at Hilton before and for the same price, this place is much better. Best in Batumi!! There seems to be a small casino in the basement.
Sheraton Batumi Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, next to the promenade and two minutes away from the Black Sea. It takes about ten minutes to walk to popular attractions. It is recommended that everyone book a club room. The view in the executive lounge is quite good, there are not many people, and the variety of happy hour wines is relatively rich. Also remember to bring a swimsuit to try the hotel’s Turkish bath, which is very relaxing. There was a little hiccup when checking in, but Ctrip quickly resolved it.

Unexpectedly, the accident appeared at the end~~~ Location: Excellent, about 10 minutes walk to the Black Sea. Located in a boutique district with bars, restaurants, coffee, and desserts, it is interspersed between famous attractions such as European Square, Batumi Square, and churches. Environment: A small and boutique hotel. I booked this one to experience different accommodation styles. No matter where I go, I can rely on my two legs. Service: There is a good beginning but no perfect ending. I stayed for a total of 2 nights. The waiters I met during the period were very enthusiastic. Whether it was the doorman, the Check In lady, or the restaurant waiter, they were all very polite. But in the end, something very unpleasant happened when checking out. First of all, they said that they would check the room and let us wait for a few minutes. Recalling that in the past ten years, whether it was traveling or business trips, I had never encountered this situation when checking out of relatively high-star hotels. Although I was a little puzzled, I didn’t think much at the time. I waited. As a result, I was told that the makeup mirror in the bathroom was broken after 2 minutes and we needed to compensate. I asked my family, and no one knew what happened. So I asked to go back to the room to check the situation. The moment I entered the room, I saw 5-6 hotel staff in the room I had just left. The mirror they were talking about was a movable round makeup mirror installed on the bathroom wall. Only then did I realize that the mirror was double-sided. The intact side when we checked in was facing the outside, and the so-called broken side was facing the wall when we checked out. Although I insisted that we did not damage the mirror, the hotel also insisted that they would carefully check everything in the room when each guest checked out, which meant that the mirror must be intact before I checked in. I was very angry. First of all, I don’t think that room inspections will be a measure taken for all guests. Secondly, even if the hotel checks the room every time when checking out, it cannot guarantee that it will find the problems left in the room by the previous guest. Thirdly, should we check all the facilities in the room as soon as possible when we check in to the hotel in the future? Since there are other trips to follow, we are also speechless. We informed ctrip of the situation as soon as possible, and the feedback and problem solving were still very timely. In fact, if we think about it later, if there is enough time, we should call the police on the spot. Words are not enough. Can the police make us presumptuous when they come? There is no substantial evidence to prove that the mirror was broken during our stay!
