The hotel environment is very good, you can park your car, give the key to the front desk, and they will drive you to the hotel entrance in the morning. The breakfast is also good, with fresh fruits. I also encountered the problem of others, they would not ask for coffee proactively, and the waiters would proactively tell Europeans if they had other coffee needs (the restaurant only had black coffee), they would provide it, but they would not tell the Asians, and as a result, the next table asked about coffee, and the waiter said there was black coffee in front, and did not say that they could provide other types of coffee, but I saw that they took the initiative to bring cappuccino coffee to the Europeans.

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

The chairs and table feels and looks dirty, we took our drinks in our room instead. The breakfast has no cooked food just hard boiled eggs, bread are hard, people have to queue to wait to be served by 1 waiter, you cannot take from the table, waiter has to serve even coffee. It’s scary around the hotel, police are always there, dodgy shops around. Stay nearby or at hotels around Ovo Castle. It’s too dirty aroung Gibraldi station where this hotel is located.

This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. The Western buffet breakfast is OK. There are many tourists. Parking is convenient at 6 euros a day. There are swimming pools and beaches. The front desk and team are quite enthusiastic and the service is of standard.

The hotel room is very small, a bit like a Japanese business hotel, but the traffic is very convenient, there is a lively burger shop downstairs, and overall it is very convenient. The front desk brother is also very kind.

Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and the sky are the same. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and a variety of desserts. I didn't want to see the seagulls on the window sill. I was quite cooperative with me to take pictures. I added a little fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee. I especially liked the guy in charge of the restaurant that day. The service was patient and thoughtful!

Attention and noteworthy service. We had a problem with the shower diffuser and reported it to the reception and, even though it was Sunday, when we returned to the hotel the problem had been solved.

The location is excellent, very close to the attractions, and it is also the meeting point or pick-up point for many day trips. Other people's comments said that the elevator was not working well before, so I hesitated when booking the hotel, but after checking in, I found that the elevator was working well. Reasonable price

This was our second stay in Amalfi and at the same hotel as we loved it so much the first time in 2019. Everything is amazing, the host staff, room,,cleanliness and presentation. Breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend!!

As always, clean, elegant and comfortable structure. Excellent breakfast and also suitable for those with allergy or intolerance problems. Impeccable professionalism and customer care! Really recommended!

Very comfortable stay. Nice, clean room certainly no complaints in that respect. Location is outside of the centre of Salerno, however a half-hourly train can be caught 5 minutes walk away from the hotel, which gets u into Salerno in 15 minutes, and u can be at the tourist ferry terminal in 25 minutes. A small number of restaurants around and a supermarket is 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very basic but was sufficient enough. Not too bad for the price point and definitely cheaper than Amalfi Coast, but the easy access to Amalfi Coast made it worth the stay.

The location is so good, and the facilities are so clean and nice that I think it's the best hotel in the area~^^ The staff was kind and responsive, and they told me they liked Korea, so I felt even closer~ If you walk a little bit in front of the hotel, there's a beach, so it was nice to take a walk while looking at the night view~^^

Great location and stunning view from the room. The personnel at the reception were very welcoming with excellent service during our stay. Shuttle bus service was also great.  Service and approach from waiters at the bar/restaurant was extremely poor during our whole stay so obviously something was wrong at that area of the hotel.

Hi I was given a room overlooking the commercial port of Salerno despite the room having a partial view of the sea, so a disappointment then the beach service needs to improve a lot they also let people in who are not staying at the hotel so there is more for not to mention the beach staff who do a ****** all day to sell the sunbeds they don't even give time for the customer to get up from the sunbed and sell it to another who arrives. The bar service a cashier and the line in the sun waiting without taking care of the customer I will never go back to this structure

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful friendly staff. Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night. Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1.60 euros each way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!

The hotel is at a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the business district of Amalfi. Both the environment and scenery are beautiful. The sea view room with a balcony is facing the town's marina. After all, it is a hotel on the cliff, so the room is a bit small. Other aspects are all good.

The location is very good, just on a main walkway behind Linhai Avenue, bus came from Amalfi and walked for 15 minutes. It is also very convenient to go to the port, the taxi is 15 euros. There is a supermarket behind the hotel (5 minutes walk), and there is a Japanese restaurant in more than 10 minutes. Breakfast is not bad!
