Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic.
We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required.
The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc.
on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team.
I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view.
The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good.
Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

Our stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel was honestly such a relaxing and memorable part of our Japan trip. The hotel itself feels spacious and luxurious without being intimidating, and the location is perfect especially if you’re visiting Tokyo Disney Resort. Getting to the parks was super convenient through the Disney Resort Line, and coming back to a comfortable hotel after a long day at Disney was the best feeling.
The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in Japan. We also loved the view — waking up and seeing either the bay or the Disney area made the experience extra special. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were complete, which made the stay very hassle-free.
What stood out the most was the service. The staff were very polite, accommodating, and organized, which made check-in and everything else smooth despite the number of guests staying there.
If there’s one downside, it would probably be that the hotel can get busy, especially during peak Disney seasons, and some areas already show a bit of age. Its a little bit old as well. Bath tubs kinda rusty. The smell is kinda old. But overall, the comfort, service, and convenience easily outweighed that.
Would definitely stay here again, especially for a Disney trip. It made the whole experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
Overall, I have no bad comments on this hotel. They are doing pretty good.
Just that maybe they have to take note on 2nd floor where there are few rooms allocated for cabin crew for few airline.
My experience was, the specific airline room make lots of noise, like having party, time is about 9pm. The noise is loud till you can hear it loud if you are in the lift.
Bear in mind there were other rooms on this floor as well, their behavior, of the crews disturbing other guests. This is the most annoying part.
The sound proof in between the room can be improved. The rest are ok, the hotel is good. Shuttle bus on time, staff are friendly. Family mart is on the ground floor.
I had a layover in Tokyo and chose this hotel because it's very close to Narita Airport. I stayed here last year and had a good experience, so I came back again this year.
This time, I opted for a room in the main building. I think the room must have been recently renovated as the facilities were brand new, but there was a faint smell of new paint, and the window couldn't be opened, which somewhat affected my sleep.
The hotel service overall was excellent, and the breakfast was decent, though I'd say it's just average for a Nikko hotel. The Japanese restaurant on the top floor was quite good, and Nikko hotel members get a 10% discount.
The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the JR station and Narita Mall. If you have some time, you can explore the attractions around Narita; it's quite nice.
Shuttle bus to/from Narita Airport - cover all Terminal 1, 2 and 3
Great shuttle service.
Family mart at the lobby, convenient to have a quick bite before an early flight or even late arrival flight
Room: Simple and clean. Is old but is well-maintained.
Iron board provided and many hangers available
Charging port with USB port available beside bed and also available on desk - universal adapter recommended
TV: not too friendly to navigate. Basic channels available
Overall experience is great.

My stay at the Hilton Tokyo Bay had both its ups and downs. The biggest highlight was definitely the ocean view. Opting for a sea-view room gave me direct access to the expansive Tokyo Bay, offering stunning blue waters by day, breathtaking sunsets in the evening, and a fantastic nighttime ambiance. The scenic experience was truly outstanding.
The location is a major plus, being right next to the Disney Resort. There's a free shuttle bus service to and from the parks and the train station, making transportation and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are also excellent, with easy access to shops and dining.
However, the service aspect had noticeable shortcomings. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were rather inefficient, and the staff's attitude felt very process-driven, lacking proactive and attentive service. Overall, the service experience was just average. Other aspects, like room cleaning and basic facility maintenance, were acceptable with no significant issues.
Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize ocean views and convenient access. If you have high expectations for front desk service, you might want to consider this more carefully.
The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
We had a fantastic family trip staying at the Kamogawa Grand Tower! Our condominium-style room was incredibly spacious, making it very comfortable for our family with a young child. The awesome counter kitchen was a real highlight – fully equipped and perfect for preparing snacks or light meals, which is so convenient.
The panoramic view from our room was beautiful, and even the private bath in our room was impressively large. We also loved the free access to the onsen at the neighboring Grand Hotel; the short walk over there, especially in the evening, was quite pleasant. Plus, having a supermarket conveniently close by was a big advantage.
A minor point was the breakfast offering: our booking information had indicated a buffet, but we were actually served a traditional Japanese-style (washoku) set meal. While this was a little disappointing as we were looking forward to a buffet, the washoku breakfast itself was nonetheless very delicious and high quality!
Overall, this hotel is perfect for families with little kids, offering comfort, space, and great amenities. Highly recommend!
A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members.
Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite.
Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening.
Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance.
Sunset is awesome here.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel!
P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.

MMilixiaonvshiA bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.
